Today I visited this Kfs, I was there repeatedly and in fact I was shocked that the administrator can only yell at his staff and is no longer visible. The girl at the checkout collected orders, took orders, solved any conflict points and also ran around cleaning the hall, while other employees were not visible. I ADVISE the administrator to teach work ethics and if ONE employee does not cope with several tasks, then either do not put him in rush hour or delegate tasks to other employees in the same way, so that they smoke in a crowd! The girl at the checkout was very sorry! The employee was practically in tears!

Girls are sooo slow.
It is best to place an order through an info kiosk, otherwise it will take another 5 minutes to stand near the checkout (since you are simply not noticed).
One star for the service and the long wait. So that you understand, I get a sushi set faster than 3 legs!

The most annoying thing is the order preparation time. Well, it's not normal to wait in the KFS for 20-30 minutes. Administration, you have statistics on the time of order fulfillment, what's the matter?

The waiting time is more than 30 minutes. Two guys were running back and forth, it's unclear what they were doing, the girl at the checkout was all covered in soap, trying to sort something out. Вот так выглядит по факту Тост с Сыром. Как считаете очень похож. В заведении сказали это нормально это маркетинг, я еще понимаю если бы ну сходство было бы 50 процентов, так даже и 10 дать не могу лепешка с сыром расплющенная. Оставил жалобу в книге жалоб, написал в поддержку. Посмотрю на реакцию, но с kfc я закончил раз и навсегда...

Мне в заказ не положили нагеттсы 10.09.23 данное отсутствие заметил дома сегода девушка на выдаче путала в итоге такое произошло самной! Прошу принять к сведению и лучше всего проверять заказ перед тем как забрать!!!
