Another time, the chicken legs were not ready enough, if not even raw from the bone. As I understood from numerous visits, the quality of cooking strongly depends on the shift. Update March 2025. Still, the dish depends on the shift. It can be amazing, it can be good... We've tightened up noticeably! The best time for fresh chicken is ~10 a.m. Minsk time.

They came up to us a couple of times and asked us not to sleep, we went outside and even started to kick us out, I quote.: "to sit on a bench or at a bus stop," and we immediately explained our desperate situation and, due to the early time, there was nowhere to go. After that, we asked for a complaint book and the staff told us not to take pictures of the book (the phone was not even in our hands) and stood behind the bar laughing. As a person who once worked in the service industry, I do not understand how these employees were hired and how a person can have so much soullessness. They didn't offer us any help and just roughly kicked us out with an arrogant face. A disgusting service that leaves a terrible impression of the City. Thank you for that.)
