Frustration at every level We went to KFC with a simple desire — to have a quick snack on our favorite nuggets at home. (We placed an order in advance via the pickup app)As a result, I got a full set of frustrations. The nuggets were never learned. No napkins were laid. Employees confuse orders. The staff works without hats and of course all that hair is in the kitchen. I really want to call the sanitation department at this institution. It feels like everything that KFC was once loved for — crispy chicken, speed, predictable taste — is in the past. Right now it's an overloaded, untidy outlet with tasteless food. Next time, I'll choose competitors or just homemade food.

But in the end, we waited 30+ minutes in the restaurant!fast food. Does the CFS say that the chicken comes alive, it needs to be captured, gutted, butchered and then only cooked? As for the wings themselves, the crust was dark in color, darker than usual, I don't know if it will be visible in the photo, the photo is attached, I assume that this is due to the oil is not the first freshness. I'll put 2 stars instead of one just because I love KFS, although there are questions about a particular restaurant in the chain.

At the time of the restaurant's opening, the food was not always very tasty, and it was often heated up as if in a microwave oven, even so it tasted good and looked good for its price. What is it now? We took a combo of 5 for 5.50. Eitwister. We got an ai twister like 2 matchboxes (okay with it, that's how it should be). It's dry, there's not much sauce, and most importantly, it's so cold that it doesn't even seem to have been thermally processed, and the pita bread isn't toasted at all. It's okay to screw up the sauce, but how is it possible to serve a product that implies being hot - not even toasted. It's not just that he's "cooled down." French fries. I've never tasted such terrible potatoes anywhere else. The oil feels so old... the potatoes themselves were just rubbery and soaked in this oil, only the cola, which was more or less normal, saved. The potatoes were cold. Nuggets. The potato story repeats itself, you can feel the old butter, everything is cold, but the nuggets were edible at least. I won't say anything about the colloaf and sauce, everything is fine. So what conclusion can I draw for myself? The employees of this "eatery" treat customers negligently. Of course, it is not clear who forbids them to change the oil and serve warm dishes. And here it is not the fault of ordinary workers, but of the higher-ranking staff. Of course, it's easier for me to go a little bit and buy a similar combo in another place, which I definitely won't write about in this review, the bottom line is that it's easier to go where they cook better, so there will also be a big benefit. Honestly, I also wanted to tell you about the quality of the dishes at the checkout, but I didn't have enough time. From the outside, it is observed how almost no people go to the institution, does this not prove the loss of loneliness?
