01/23/26 we made a small order, waited for almost half an hour, after 25 minutes I came up to ask when the order would be, they answered with rolling eyes, laid out everything very inconveniently in packages. The burger doesn't have enough ingredients and overall it doesn't look good for de luxe, there are literally 2 cores instead of the normal lettuce leaf. I went there all the time a few years ago and this has never happened . People go in there to get a quick snack, instead of waiting half an hour for an unhappy burger with small potatoes and a small basket, like in a restaurant!

We ordered online at this address more than once, and each time we had the same problem. A long wait for both the order itself and the staff, I had to press the bell at the checkout 3 times so that at least someone would come up, there was no one from the staff at all, I could hear from somewhere far away how they were laughing and talking (they were not visitors), then a young man with a dissatisfied face came out and he silently gave the order.... The chicken legs had reddish meat inside.... It 's a pity to even put a unit for such a service . Minus 1 !!!

I would rate the service at 2 stars, ordered a cheeseburger and got a dry and tasteless burger. The frequency of the establishment leaves much to be desired. Sanitation standards are not met in the bathroom, there is an unpleasant smell, I did not wait for tap water. The walls are dirty. The bins are full. There are crumbs everywhere on the furniture. I hope I won't be lucky enough to get here again.

On 11/26/2025, an order was made for 2 basket S, wings of different colors overcooked, some not salted, in 5 years this is the worst order ever seen by KFC in RB! Of the 24 wings, 21 were placed, and 1 wing tip. There is no worse KFC establishment in Gomel than on Khataevich 5. The very opening always stinks of products with overloaded oil. Tech support is not responding.

The restaurant is located at Gomel Khataevich 5. We went to the restaurant at 22.50. We wanted to order ice cream to take away. First we went to the self-service counter, but there was no ice cream on the menu, so we queued at the checkout, where there were only one guests. The cashier girl took their order for a very long time, due to the lack of some positions. She often walked away from the cash register in search of a certain Dima. When their order was placed, she went back to look for someone from the staff, even though we were standing right in front of the cash register. A man in a black T-shirt came up to the girl's place and announced, "Unfortunately, we're done." At 23.02 we left the establishment, although we were the last guests there. It is very disappointing that the staff saw that we wanted to place an order and ignored it. It turns out that we just stood at the checkout for 10 minutes in vain.
