01/23/26 we made a small order, waited for almost half an hour, after 25 minutes I came up to ask when the order would be, they answered with rolling eyes, laid out everything very inconveniently in packages. The burger doesn't have enough ingredients and overall it doesn't look good for de luxe, there are literally 2 cores instead of the normal lettuce leaf. I went there all the time a few years ago and this has never happened . People go in there to get a quick snack, instead of waiting half an hour for an unhappy burger with small potatoes and a small basket, like in a restaurant!

We ordered online at this address more than once, and each time we had the same problem. On May 30, 2026, I decided to treat myself to LARGE-sized sharp basket wings at an establishment on Khataeva Street in Gomel. I waited for my order for as long as 45 (forty-five!) minutes. That in itself is too much. But the most interesting thing started later. When I finally received the order, for some reason my "big" wings were already laid out in THREE small containers. Even then, there were doubts about Portia's honesty. I come home, start putting it in normal dishes — and then a surprise: the wings fit into TWO containers without any problems, and one turned out to be empty! Why three, if you can have two, and one is empty? Obviously, for visual deception. The most annoying thing was that the wings themselves were not large, but rather small and bony. The declared pungent taste was also almost not felt. I got the complete feeling that instead of the declared "large" size, they sold me three leftovers from the bottom of the barrel, forcing me to wait 45 minutes. People, don't be fooled by the name "big". In this institution, they substitute concepts for Khatayev, stuff a portion with empty boxes and save on quality. It's a very bad impression, never set foot here again. Ruined the evening."
