Always fast and high-quality service, as when ordering through the app or at the checkout. The waiting time is minimal in KFC restaurants. The staff is friendly and the kitchen is clean. Over the years, the only time we confused an item from an order and immediately changed it without a receipt or unnecessary problems. According to the menu items, everything is fine, upon request, they can put a bucket only from the elbow or shoulder part of the wing.

The food is delicious, but the staff doesn't work very well. I waited for half an hour for coffee fries and a twister, despite the fact that the workload of the establishment was average. Many visitors approached the staff in front of me because something was not reported in the order. Also, the self-service checkout does not issue receipts, you may not have time to react immediately and not have time to take a picture and skip the order number. The toilet in this doleko establishment is not always clean. also, observing the cooking process raises questions about sanitation. as soon as the staff hands out the money at the cash register with dirty hands, without washing them or wearing gloves, they start cooking potatoes and touching the inside of the packing boxes when folding the nuggets and potatoes.

The worst KFC I've ever been to. Complete trash. There's everything on the floor, food, receipts, candy. The self-service trash can is packed to the top. The order display does not issue receipts. To my displeasure about this, the cashier threw the change. An order of 4 items had to wait 15 minutes. So there is also a question about the kitchen, the potatoes are not salted, the chicken is overcooked. And the "cherry on the cake" a dark-skinned girl in the kitchen stuck out her tongue at the child, embarrassing him. It's a pity I didn't take the complaint book right away.

A young man took the order, mixed up the portions of French fries, ordered 2 standard ones, punched 2 baskets, when he pointed out an error in the receipt, he tediously proved that it was almost the same thing, did not offer to change the position, it is immediately clear that he was too lazy to do everything. We also ordered chicken legs, they are overcooked, almost burnt. The assortment is minimal, and many items have run out. And the toilet wasn't working either. It's just a waste of money: the service is lousy and the quality is terrible, I didn't expect this from this network.

This is not the first time I have entered the institution, but absolutely every time the sanitary condition of the premises wants not just the best, but a general cleaning. There are often stains from sugary drinks on the tables or on the floor, even when there is no flow and the hall is empty. The waiting time is a separate song, the same online order for two menu items is delayed by 10-15 minutes, and people's lunch time is limited!

yesterday I went with a friend to this KFS for a snack. The restaurant is dirty, and there are more than one order boards that don't work. The service is terrible, I ordered a basket, as a result, they gave me pure bytes for the price of the basket, when I told them about it, I heard in response "this is not my problem, I can't help you in any way, I heard bytes," I repeat that I paid for bytes, as for a basket. Not a single product is sold separately from the sauce, they are shoved everywhere. I didn't have chicken in the chickenburger, but some overcooked crackers, and the bytes were generally raw.

The service is absolutely unfriendly. The staff doesn't greet you, they take your order in silence and with an expression on their face like you just insulted them. All burgers are in dry rolls. The sizes of the strips are always different. There is often confusion with the issuance of orders, for which no one ever apologizes. In contactless ordering machines, you can never get a receipt, as it scrolls inside. I've never seen employees even wipe the tables. It is often for this reason that you cannot eat on the spot. The lock in the toilet is broken, which makes it impossible to visit the bathroom in peace. In general, everything is sad. It is a pity that having such a favorable location, the CFS is losing its grip.

This branch of the cafe is located near my house, so we often come here. Of course, everything happened: overdue payments, undercooked food, dirty toilets, etc. But now everything seems to be fine with food. How the guys from Tajikistan work on the shift, like. The wings are always fried and seem to have become sharper (I recommend them to everyone). There are always a lot of people, but the waiting time is no more than 20 minutes. They try to keep the gym clean, but it's getting harder by the evening. In general, I recommend this particular branch.

This place left a terrible impression. the staff is as bad as possible. Dmitry Shkutov, the cashier, served us. He doesn't understand his work, not at all. I called other staff 4 times, couldn't focus on us, and was constantly distracted by others. The girl who came to his aid looked at us as if we were dirt from under her nails and ruined her life. the wait is long enough for an empty hall. The food is terrible, the fries are like chips, not fries, and they don't taste good at all. burgers leave a lot to be desired too. the smell in this diner is disgusting (turn your guts inside out), as if they are cooking not chicken, but a rat in breadcrumbs. The hall seems to be clean, but it feels like a herd of horses ran through there, followed by elephants. 10 minutes after the snack, I felt sick in this diner. definitely not recommended. I ordered 3 wings for bonuses and paid extra for 3 onion rings. I ordered through the app and didn't check the order before I picked it up. I only found out at home that they had given me 6 rings!! The CFS is like in most of Minsk, orders are given out for a long time, there are queues, and the hall is dirty in the evening. I would like to say that the overall quality of fast food in Belarus is falling. This is most evident with the departure of McDonald's main competitor. They are recruiting very young people, practically schoolchildren, and they are far from being responsible for the quality of their work.

I waited for more than five minutes, I didn't get any apologies or a polite smile. I understand that the workers are tired, but this is their job. And after my own, going into an institution where beer costs like in a good bar, although it is bottled at 0.45, not 0.5, I want to see at least friendliness and service, not a favor. Well, in the end, waiting 20 minutes for me to be given an order from one position, actually, beer, is just trash. It can be poured in less than a minute.

Sugar was not reported. A trifle, but a "plus sign" in karma. The order clearly stated how many bags of white death were needed. 3. The order also included three ORIGINAL chicken legs. It was a matter of principle, because I personally can't eat anything in any form. And... Surprisingly, they were all sharp. 4. The devices were not given. We went and asked. There are also zero napkins. Again, they asked, they clarified that for three people. They gave me 4 napkins. Thank you very much, you probably got it out of your heart. 5. The setting itself. Wherever we try to land, it's freezing cold everywhere. It would be warmer to eat outside. There are more dirt than people. The toilet is closed. Thus, I do not recommend visiting this unit of many of the favorite network of delicious chicken. There are much cleaner, friendlier and more attentive points.
