The scoreboard says that the order is ready, but this is not true and we still have to wait an unknown amount of time (and it's not just me. There were about a dozen orders that were actually not ready). I took a spicy burger. And this is very, very bad. There is clearly less sauce and pickles than there should be, they are not distributed over the burger, but simply plopped in one place. The chicken was clearly being cremated rather than fried. It's tough, dry, and frankly overcooked. I shouldn't have believed the previous reviews and decided to eat here anyway.

We waited for two orders for 35 minutes, the staff is three people and it's disgusting, they don't listen, sometimes they ignore and sit on the phone! We came up several times and asked where our order was, and in response: we are cooking The scoreboard is not working, the orders are shown ready, those that have not even started cooking I don't say anything about potatoes at all, they're not tasty, they're not salty at all, as if they were brought from another KFS and just warmed up. When they asked what was going on, they answered: our first few batches of food "burned up", although in fact they were thrown into the trash in front of me!
