The scoreboard says that the order is ready, but this is not true and we still have to wait an unknown amount of time (and it's not just me. There were about a dozen orders that were actually not ready). I took a spicy burger. And this is very, very bad. There is clearly less sauce and pickles than there should be, they are not distributed over the burger, but simply plopped in one place. The chicken was clearly being cremated rather than fried. It's tough, dry, and frankly overcooked. I shouldn't have believed the previous reviews and decided to eat here anyway.
