We bought two duet baskets for a pleasant evening with the other half, but unfortunately it wasn't as pleasant as we imagined it to be.… The evening was ruined by the quality of the food given to us, namely: dry potatoes, which are as hard as breadcrumbs, the smallest wings that I saw in the KFS, strips, as if they wanted to give to dogs, but by mistake they put them to us, as overcooked as possible and the size of a gulkin…
Perhaps this is due to the fact that we came under lockdown and got what was left, but this is not an excuse for the best fast food restaurant!
I wish you to improve as soon as possible and put this point in order, I cannot recommend it now.

In addition, I ordered medium potatoes with sauce. I ate potatoes in a restaurant. It turned out to be so salty that it made my lips ache. I opened the burger at home. You can see what it looks like in the photo. I don't think anyone has an appetite for such a burger. One drop of sauce, a tomato slice and a crumbled lettuce. One thing pleases that the piece of chicken is not small. I also note that on a typical day, this burger costs 8.30. I don't know what to give that kind of money here.

This place has excellent staff and the food is no different from other outlets. The only disadvantage of this establishment is the long preparation of orders. There is literally one employee in the kitchen who cooks, collects orders, keeps the hall clean and also stands at the checkout. Many thanks to such people! Shame only on the leadership, which cannot take another one to replace it.

I do not advise you to visit this particular KFC. It was dirty, all the sofas and chairs were covered in crumbs., the icy air was blowing, I had to sit in my jacket. Youngsters are fighting, others... they sleep without orders at the tables and the staff doesn't care... The girl sat on the couch in her shoes for maybe half an hour, and then another person sat down in this place. The toilet is also not very clean . The only thing that was good was the food. In general, the atmosphere is such that you want to quickly pick up the order and leave ...and it won't work quickly, because with a very small number of people, we were told to wait 15 minutes, because there are no wings.

The worst Kfs of all in Minsk.
