I made an order today, it consisted of a chickenburger, small potatoes, sauce, a pie with wild berries and green tea.The potatoes were obviously made a long time ago, they are hard, cold, and blackened.They didn't give me a stirrer for tea, but they did give me a straw, and they didn't put a tea bag. Disgusting dot! The last time I killed it, I was taking it out and noticed that there wasn't enough in the package. The cashier started checking the package with his bare hands, justifying this by saying that they were clean! He said that 2 packages of wings were not reported. There are many questions about the dishes given out: the burger was cold, there were no vegetables in the cheeseburger and there was a cutlet instead of chicken fillet, there were 2 bytes in the spenders box instead of 2 strips, the nuggets were all like old, dry and tasteless. It's a pity the money spent. The staff of the institution practically did not respond to the comments, we did not receive any apologies for what happened. Terribly, I ordered a double cheeseburger, got two small strips inside a huge bun with sauce and onions, and three pieces of cheese glued together on top. I unpacked and everything fell apart, I'm not saying that the product was cold yet. I asked an employee to redo it for me, they redid it and nothing changed except cheese, instead of three they put two, also glued together. In general, the institution forgets many times to put sauce and potatoes in the order, and sometimes they completely confuse orders and give the wrong thing that they ordered, and they have to go to the cashier and ask to be redone. The situation I'm facing is certainly not a pleasant one. I made an order on the spot, a spicy twister de luxe (with extra mustard and cucumber), Sanders potatoes and 3 spicy thrips with cheese sauce. Not only did I wait 10 minutes for my order, even though I was the only one!!!! When I got home, I was stunned (to put it mildly) by what I saw. The potatoes were hard and overcooked like wood, the strips were not sharp, but there was no smell of a spicy twister de luxe, with additives. I also closed my eyes to the potatoes, okay, but when I saw that my order didn't look like my order at all, I was terrified. I had to go back to the institution when I was already at home!!!! Why did the intern work without the main chef???? Where is the control??? If you are recruiting new employees, then at least let them work in good faith and do not spoil the quality of the institution. Special thanks to manager Mikhail, who calmly listened to the complaint, took this "horror" and after a couple of minutes gave me the order, which I was satisfied with. Thank you for taking everything into your own hands and cooking it yourself!!!!

I left a review on the institution at the address of the Newspaper Zvezda. They answered and asked me to email them. I wrote, it's been 3 weeks, silence. I wrote a big complaint in the book of comments and suggestions with a note that I am waiting for a response. And silence again! Keep in mind: KFC is a diner in which you will never apologize and will not try to somehow solve the problem for your joints! There are poor sanitation in almost all establishments, the level of service leaves much to be desired, and after waiting for an order for half an hour and not receiving it, you can be sent to hell. I waited about 15 minutes for the order. I had two coupons in the order. One is a singer+a singer, the second is a fillet+ a fillet. Usually, stocks are prepared a little in advance, but here… As a result, they gave me the order. And everything seems to be fine, but... I come home hoping that I'm going to have a super delicious burger. I unwrap it, and there... the bun is not from these burgers. Not the delicious one with sesame seeds, but the most common and cheap one. Which is used in sneezing with strips. I unwrapped all the burgers and there are buns everywhere.😭 Okay... I decided to try my zinger, but it's a deception. It doesn't even smell like a singer.There are fillet burgers everywhere. There is nothing sharp at all. But the big plus is that this is one of the few CFS where they mark it at all. But the difference between zingers and fillets. But there is no limit to any game.🤦♀️ It generally amazes me how this network passes through any kind of plumbing station! I really like Mac and KFS. But if you compare the service and some kind of electronic cleanliness, it's just heaven and earth. Just a cry from the soul. I called several times (a long time ago. Maybe half a year ago/a year ago.) to the hotline, so to speak. They promised the manager or whoever would call back... well, of course no one called back.

We ordered food on the spot, and they put it in a bag for us. What was delicious was a coke and a milkshake! Approaching the employee to clarify how long we still have to wait, he said that we need to wait another 6 minutes due to the fact that everything is over and is being prepared anew. The only question is: what did they cook????? The mood is spoiled, it didn't work out well to eat. I do not advise you to go there and I will not appear there anymore!
