Very disappointed with the service. The order for coupon 7070 was waiting for about 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, I came over to clarify why it took so long — only my order was on the display, but the employee replied that there were "a lot of orders" and asked to wait a couple more minutes. As a result, these "couple of minutes" turned into another 15 minutes of waiting. The food, of course, was prepared fresh, but it took sooooo long to wait — not at all what you expect from fast food. I would like KFC to finally improve the speed of service and stop treating customers so negligently.

So while I was waiting for the order, I had to listen to the girl continue to swear at other employees, which was very incorrect and disrespectful. In addition, employees do not use gloves when collecting orders, which raises doubts about compliance with sanitary standards. Instead of preparing the order, the staff communicated with each other, when the order was finally received, the French fries were cold. Moreover, 2 sauces were not included in the order. Judging by the look of the chicken, the deep-fried oil has been changed for a long time, almost black. The impression of the visit is negative.

We made an order from the cashier, which also had 3 drinks, when we paid for everything, we saw on the receipt that the drinks were different, we came up to ask how it happened, to which we were told "we will replace you with the ones you wanted, since the price is the same." The wait is soooo long. As a result, the drinks were not replaced, and no one began to drink them. The food is half warm or half cold. There are very few orders, but for some reason the wait is long. The potatoes are half-starved and tasteless. The restaurant closes at 23:00, but the staff closed the food area in 2 hours!!! There weren't many seats about an hour before closing, so we decided to sit there anyway, and as a result, we were rudely asked to go somewhere else. Also, I want to note that the floor is very dirty, and the places where you can still "sit" are very dirty.
