After 15 minutes, I came over to clarify why it took so long — only my order was on the display, but the employee replied that there were "a lot of orders" and asked to wait a couple more minutes. As a result, these "couple of minutes" turned into another 15 minutes of waiting. The food, of course, was prepared fresh, but it took sooooo long to wait — not at all what you expect from fast food. I would like KFC to finally improve the speed of service and stop treating customers so negligently.
