This is not the first time we have visited this institution... Since the opening of KFC in Bobruisk, everything has been fine with our family in principle. Now, on 09/28/2025, there is no respect for our customers. The service does not match the quality and the given price. In the picture, the burger is delicious, in reality there are not enough ingredients, etc. We didn't have time to pick up the order, as it was already cold. They warmed up our order three times and gave it to us slightly warm. They wipe the table somehow, and cook the same way. The first and last time we visited this institution. Dear KFC customers, don't be silent and start appreciating yourself!!!

The food in this particular place is not very tasty, it differs from what they do in kfc restaurants in Minsk. Often they don't serve fresh potatoes, the last time the chicken was terribly salted. Apparently, the recipe and rules that should be universal in all kfc are not being followed.
