Sadly. We waited for the order for 30 minutes, as a result, the burgers are cold. It's good that I looked into the package, because there was only one position missing. That is, in 30 minutes no one noticed that something was missing. I understand that there are situations when something may delay the order or something was not reported, we are all human beings and make mistakes. The mood would not be so spoiled if at least they apologized for waiting or offered some kind of apologetic bonus. And so they only spoiled the mood.

The staff is friendly. The atmosphere of an ordinary food court. The waiting time is on average HIGHER than in other establishments of the network. If you arrive an hour before closing time, then you can wait 20-30 minutes for the order, if the kitchen has already been stopped for your dish. The taste is generally standard.

25 minutes of waiting is a lot for KFC.
Instead of cappuccino, they gave me water with milk. Apparently, they forgot to add the beans to the coffee machine.
