He called every hour, wondering what was going on, why was that? No one gave a clear answer, they promised that they would figure it out, find out, and call within 24 hours. Bottom line: no one called. I called the institution and they said there were no couriers. Wait a bit longer. And after 30 minutes, the order was simply canceled. The mood was zero, I couldn't go anywhere, the company couldn't figure it out, I was left without food. If you want a similar experience, try ordering a delivery, I live in a 15-minute walk :).
