On August 23, they bought a burger and indicated that it should be without tomatoes, since the person is allergic to them, they did not return later. We left feedback on the KFS website, but there was no feedback. At the same time, they left a review on the KFS website twice, and the company always contacted them somehow, asking what was wrong. Very often, something is wrong with orders, and there used to be a lot of waiting. There are a lot of shortcomings, but the staff has time to giggle, and there's no way without it at work, but then you have to stay attentive.

30.06.2025 ordered 2 duet baskets. I received an order in one bucket, and when the staff asked me what was the matter, I received the answer - there are two orders in one container. I decided not to check. Upon arrival home, I found that I had actually received 1 basket duet, and it was not in its full form, I received only potatoes from the second one. They promised to sort it out before the end of the working day, but at the time of writing the review, they hadn't figured it out. I will not be too lazy to come to the restaurant and leave a review in the complaint book if the issue is not resolved. I didn't think there would be such a jamb, but there is still hope for a positive decision.

There are 3 people working on Friday evenings, 1 in the kitchen and 2 girls to take out and receive orders. The waiting time is estimated at 15-20 minutes, as a result, we have been waiting for 35, and they tell us with an angry and annoyed look that he is "going to." The order is small, strips, bytes and a longer. Management, do not skimp on personnel, it is obvious that this is saving money and it looks strange given the popularity of the institution.
