Cool KFC on two floors. It is great for meeting friends and for a romantic date. You can order through the terminal or pay in cash at the checkout. They cook very quickly. A separate plus is the courteous staff. When I forgot to bring sugar for tea, they gave me sugar and a stirring stick at the checkout without any questions and completely free of charge. The food is delicious, as always. In cold weather, it's especially great to have a snack for lunch or just chat in a cozy atmosphere. I recommend it!

The screen on the order issue is not working properly (it also did not work a month ago). I waited for the order for half an hour. I was in a hurry and didn't check, they gave me an order and went home. Not only did I not get the sauces I ordered, but they also gave me chicken wings instead of chicken legs. What kind of outrage is this? They forgot about the cheese sticks altogether, which is why I waited a long time for the order. I came over to ask at what stage of cooking the order is, to which they ask me to wait another 10 minutes, because the cook forgot about my order! Moreover, large orders that were placed after mine were issued almost 5 minutes later. Only one kiosk for orders had check tapes. I'm not going to say anything about sanitation, what's going on in the kitchen is just terrible. No one wipes tables in the halls all day (there is no one there to wipe them). There are also advantages. The restaurant is located in the heart of Minsk, the food is delicious, as well as ... everything. There are no more advantages. I successfully paid for the order through the kiosk, but my companion chose to pay through the cashier, which later none of the cashiers who were very busy with the kitchen business approached, and I had to make the order again and pay the same way at the kiosk, even if it was an inconvenient option. My order was ready earlier in view of the earlier payment, it included a latte with syrup, which has only one name from coffee. According to the taste buds, it is not a very successful sweet combination of milk and water, without a hint of the presence of caffeine. The order of a faithful friend of my poor youth was removed from the board and its readiness was not advertised for quite a long time, I had to look for the package myself among others, while a lady unencumbered with knowledge of her work dealt with some questions and ignored the indignation of an elderly (!) person about the long preparation of the order. In parallel with this tense situation, screams of various contents were heard from the kitchen every now and then, which gave the impression of not very well-coordinated work of the team. On the positive side, the cheesy crunch is really good, and as lovers of cheese treats, we rated it quite highly. I also can't help but mention the large number of seats and the pleasant view of the train station, but unfortunately the tables are not the cleanest. But the floors were washed in front of us by another nice lady, which caused a pleasant warmth in my soul.

I stood at the checkout to receive my order, waited for 5 minutes, no one came up, there was a receipt with my order next to it, and since I was in a hurry, I picked it up, and only then did I notice that two sauces were missing. Next, we ordered a beer. They were poured into cardboard cups, which are usually filled with coffee and milkshakes. Of the 0.45 declared beer in the glass, it was good if 0.1, everything else is foam. They also didn't include a coke and a straw in the order. I had to go down from the second floor and tearfully ask for my drink. Of course, we are all human beings and we understand everything, but this is not the first time this has happened in the KFS. The sauce, the potatoes, the napkins, the cola. There's also a big problem with beer. I don't think I'll advise anyone to go to a restaurant in the future, and of course I won't go myself. Ruined the evening for a lot of money (my check was not the only one, there were 2 more checks for the same amount +\-).

On 07.08, my husband ordered a Boxmaster from KFC at Kirov, 1. Upon arrival home and opening it, he received this (I attach a photo). There is no question of any cheese patty here. There was only a chicken. He also asked for a slice of cheese, but in the end nothing was added. What did he give 12.90 for???? Figuratively for a regular twister, which costs 9.60.
