I would like to contact this institution about the included kiosks for paying for the order, while the KFS itself is not working. 08/11/25 we, like the usual tired and excited people before the flight who were in a hurry to eat, went to the floor, saw the kiosk turned on, ordered food as if nothing had happened, and easily received a payment receipt. Passing on (where there were already cash registers, which, by the way, are not particularly visible after climbing the stairs), we found that there were no working staff. And in principle, it's as if the dot doesn't work. The order was for almost 15 rubles, which is a small thing, but it's a shame, because we still haven't eaten. It is also unknown where the money went. PLEASE TURN OFF the kiosks when the establishment is not working!! People may be in a hurry, afraid of being late, etc., but our airport itself is quiet, there are almost no people, so we did not pay any attention to the small number of people who walked on the floor. I would also like to see a response to this comment from the institution, at least to explain the reason why the terminals operate outside of working hours. I see that we are not the first to have such a problem among the comments.

They do not accept Russian rubles . You can pay in Belarusian rubles , using the Mir card . You need to be prepared for this , especially already in the departure area , when the cash desk (currency exchange ) beyond the customs area .
