We visited today and were disappointed.
the potatoes were bitter, obviously the oil had not been changed for a long time. They didn't ask for sharp wings, they got sharp ones.
I also want to note that the cashier is clearly poorly trained, could not explain or suggest anything. she did not specify whether it was in the hall or to take away, we asked her to pack it with us, she was unhappy. they asked for 4 sauces, she started saying that so much is not included in the combo, we explained that we would take it for a fee and nothing.
I hope the management will deal with this issue and correct the shortcomings.

I made an order today through the mobile app. He took it. I came home. After trying it, I was very dissatisfied.
1. Potatoes: dry and firm, as if they had been lying for 30 minutes and they just put it in me.
2. Bytes: they are the same as potatoes, dry and like crackers around the edges.
3. Chicken wings: almost everything is fine with them, except for the color and roasting. They should be golden in color, this is the perfect roast. BUT they are ALL brown in color, which means that they are overcooked, even bitter in taste.
This shouldn't be happening! I advise you not to come specifically to this KFS restaurant.

I was very unhappy with visiting this KFS point! Regarding cooking, I want to note that it feels like the oil in which the French fries were cooked before frying at least a few tons (bitter and sweet), the hamburger also left much to be desired (the salad is sluggish, the strips are not crispy and also terribly bitter). I would like to say separately about the disgusting behavior of noisy companies of underage youth, the behavior of which the staff of the institution did not pay any attention at all! Стандартный небольшой кфц. Сан узел убирается не очень хорошо, но это проблема всех ресторанов быстрого питания. Персонал когда как, в основном шустрый и приветливый, но попадаются томные медлительные. Людей когда как. Раньше было много маргинальных элементов, которые ходили в туалет или резали винище за столиками с полным игнором этого со стороны персонала. Последние 2 посещения на выходных днем, такого не наблюдал.
Резюмируя: курочка топ, кфц ван лав. Сама точка крепких 4 звезды. Обязательно проконтролировать и ни в коем случае нельзя допускать бич вечеринок. Я бы поставил код на туалет по чеку.

Время ожидания выдачи заказа пролетело быстро и незаметно. Особенно хочу отметить чистоту как на столиках так и в помещение в общем.

Персонал общительный и доброжелательный , всегда рады помочь при необходимости , зал чистый , регулярно убирается , по вкусу еды претензий нет , единственная проблема долгое обслуживание , скорее всего из за недостаточно количества персонала : кассир нередко сам собирает заказы , хотя по моему это должен делать не он , вечером вообще заказ можно ждать до 20 мин , но что приятно это то что за ожидание угощают кофем или мороженным , мелочь но приятно ))

Не всегда удачно приготовлены позиции. Очень долго принимают заказ и выдают в силу нехватки персонала.Кто принимает, тот собирает и выдаёт заказ. Расположение очень удачное.

Работаю курьером я.еды. Очень редко,когда приходится ждать сбора заказа. Всегда заказ на доставку пробивают вовремя и к приезду курьера его уже отдают. Приветливый и дружный коллектив.

Добрый вечер, за пол года приходил уже 4 раза в ваш KFC.
Каждый раз получается наступал на одни и те же грабли, надеясь,что что-то поменяется, картошка очень горькая, переСОЛЕННАЯ.
Ещё покупал чизбургер, в нем соус был очень кислым, горьким, вкус очень странный, а еще курица в нем была настолько жёсткая,твёрдая,что когда кусаешь - она разламывается, как сухарик, и царапает полость рта.
Заказ постоянно приходится ждать очень долго, хоть и вовсе нет людей.

ужасно, просто отвратительно. всегда сонный, медленный персонал с каменными лицами, кухня это просто отврат! всегда пережарена картошка, курица острая, хотя я прошу не острую. бургеры сухие, как будто вся продукция у них лежит часами и ждёт своего часа. туалет плохо убирают и запах неприятный. именно этот ресторан не посещаю, хотя живу через дорогу.

Сегодня, что во всех KFC проблема? Призаказе их акционного баскет дуэта по коду- во первых не положили картушку, во вторых предложили сделать всё быстрее, если я соглашусь на острый набор. Я отказался, но при этом мне все равно дали всё кроме ножек острое. Ужасное обслуживание!!! Кээфси уже не торт!!!!
