We went to this cafe on Wednesday 06/16/2022, we really didn't like the service. We ordered 4 burgers: 2 with cheese, one with tomato, one without onion, 3 small fries, 1 rustic, 2 coffees and 2 iced drinks. The young man forgot to add 3 potatoes to us, Forgot where which burger was, had to eat which one came across, the coffee machine broke, they poured water and covered us with a lid, like it would do. No one is planning to apologize, they are running around, fussing. By the way, the order was waited for about 30 minutes. To be honest, recently there has been a rather expensive cafe, a large order, they gave quite a lot of money, I would like a normal human relationship. In general, I do not recommend it

There are two shifts, one is better, but the tables and chairs are always dirty. The staff is poorly oriented in their own assortment. Milkshakes taste like milk, as if ice cream hadn't been added to them. Ice cream cones are sometimes not reported (it also depends on the shift)

Not only were both of them spicy, there were no potatoes in the bag....I did not think that in such a network you need to double-check the order. Only at home I discovered all the problems. A place on Sharangovich. I wanted to talk about it somehow. But no one picks up the phone during the day, although the numbers are taken from the official website. The service is on the verge of fantasy.

Today we made an order in this restaurant: 2 sanders basket by coupon, basket fries by coupon, 2 longers and three sauces for the price of two. Instead of one of the sanders baskets, they put wings, they did not report 2 sauces that went to the basket fries according to the coupon, there was not a single napkin and the strips in the basket were sharp, although they ordered the original ones. And like the cherry on the cake, the longers were eerily dry, as if they only had a drop of sauce added to them. They took the order with them, so they saw the whole orgy only at home. Well, as a result, they could not get through to the restaurant, because the phone was disconnected. The impressions of the service were only negative.

It takes an awfully long time to wait for an order. If you have one thing, you stand and wait until you're blue in the face until everything that came before you is cooked. One tiny spanner, which is given away in a minute, had to wait 10 minutes, so it's also cold! Is it necessary to wait so long? I didn't bring it back just because I didn't have time. I wanted to have a quick snack, because there was 1 person in the queue.
