They didn't want to collect the order for a long time, for some reason a lot of employees got lost somewhere and didn't come to the rescue. As a result, some positions were cold. When asked by the administrator "What is the name of the employee who was rude", he said that this was confidential information.

It was only after the second employee came up and confirmed that the batter was mixed up and the dish was really sharp through her teeth that she suggested that I replace it with strips or wait 20 minutes until they cook new ones. The employee did not have a badge, the employee was wearing a cook's uniform, when asked to introduce herself, she gave her last name and abbreviated initials, I absolutely do not understand why. After the third request, she dictated the phone number of Kristina's manager through her teeth. I should note that the manager apologized for her employees, but her daughter's birthday was already ruined. I ask you to take disciplinary measures and notify me in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. I will also leave a complaint to the SES tomorrow to check the situation.
