Personally, of the trio of McDonald's, Burger King and KFS, I like the latter the least. It has its own theme and its own dishes, they are different and also delicious in their own way, but I didn't like the burgers, for example. The wings are OK, but I ate spicy, maybe I can ask for them to be less spicy, I do not know for sure.

I ordered today (08/18/2023) at KFC in Momo shopping center a Junior spicy Shefburger, standard potatoes and barbecue sauce. I took the takeaway and was in a hurry, so I didn't check the order when they called my number and put the package in the pick-up area. And it didn't even occur to me that something might be wrong, because there were no questions before. I came home, there are no potatoes. 5 rubles in total, but it's still a shame.

But when it's on a special offer (beer), it's impossible to drink it. This is not beer, but water with a nasty taste. I almost stopped drinking after such actions 2 + 1. I drank 2 glasses through tears. The third one didn't even touch it. It was last fall.

Visited 15.01 (VSK) about 13 hours. There is only 1 cash register for cash payment. The queue is like an intermission in a theatrical WC. After standing in line with 2 children for 20 minutes, I hear from the cashier: "Waiting for an order is about 20 minutes, will you wait?" 40 minutes before the decision and before receiving the order? Really? Michelin restaurants sell orders faster than fast food restaurants.
Well, how is it?! Did the manager print a leaflet on the printer with the waiting time for the order and hang it up at the delivery - did he not have enough intelligence? So that people can immediately see and assess the prospects on a day off with children. They turned around and went disappointed to the McD for big testies. After 30 seconds. We were sitting with burgers. But the disappointment did not disappear - it was a shame for the time lost and the chicken that was not received, but desired. It turns out that someone can do high-quality service, and someone not so much... Sorry. I've always preferred KFC. This is the first time such disappointment has occurred.
