Twister is not tasty (I don't know how it could be assembled like that, but you eat half of it on one flatbread - by the way, it's also tasteless in itself), the chicken in it is not fresh, the mash is concentrated in one place. It's not the first time there have been shoals in this establishment, but today the service was at a special level. The basket of wings was prepared for 30+ minutes (!), and there were only 3 people in front of us in the queue. The rest of the order was already given cold after 20 minutes and then after my indignation. The basket was cooked for another 10 minutes. One girl was running around on the issue with all the questions (bring, serve, fire, punch, do not interfere), the rest of the employees were running around there and apparently they had more important things to do than customer service. This girl who ran alone was rewarded, the rest were sent to twist cows' tails. We're not coming here anymore.

The trays ran out. although I didn't see any people with trays at all. I had to remind them to give me a simple drink order. I understand perfectly well that all orders are in the order of the queue, but still it is better to give a quick and easy order, so as not to fool yourself. the potatoes were completely spread out inside the bag. the buns were obviously overheated and the bean may have turned off only at the very end, although when it should turn off depends on its heating state. There are always some problems: an incomplete order will be given, then some kind of food heresy is happening (is this a chickenburger in your opinion?), the order screens are constantly buggy, the staff doesn't care about anything, they are tired. You can't just take an order with you and pick it up, you need to check if you forgot to put something in. 3 sauces were folded (2 were ordered), 3 tubes were folded, but they forgot to put a glass of cola. It wins purely due to the location in the shopping center on the food court, it is better to go to any other CFS, at least there will be a full and normal order.
