I strongly don't recommend this KFC branch because the chicken is undercooked on the inside, while the skin is almost black, sticky, and extremely greasy instead of being crispy and golden color. It seems like they reuse the oil excessively, possibly up to 100 times, until it becomes thick like glue. Either that, or they’ve hired inexperienced cooks who don’t know how to properly prepare KFC chicken. Local customers who may have never tried the real KFC might not realize how it’s supposed to taste and look, so the branch doesn’t seem to care about the quality of their food. It was a terrible experience. I strongly advise against visiting this place. The management should be ashamed!

In general, they began to work poorly. We recently visited KFC in Femeli Park, ordered a Sanders burger, legs and strips. The legs are more or less. The breading is not the same, the strips are dry. And the burger was generally cold, the greens were already icy, the cheese had not melted, the bun was cold. It's like they took it out of the refrigerator and put it in a box. There are two wet wipes in the receipt, they gave one. I was just in a good mood and didn 't want to swear . They have completely deteriorated. I do not recommend it

I really like the crispy and crispy KFC chicken legs. The last time I ate in Moscow, I got a taste in the Samarkand branch. Reminded me of Moscow. Thanks to all the employees of the branch. I would ask them to continue at the same pace.

Today I ordered a kfc, ate it, it was delicious, but then it was a complete kick… After the first hour, my head started spinning and I had a headache all day, now I started vomiting and it turns out that I was poisoned, complete horror!!! The service is terrible, the potatoes are dry, the burger is too. I would really like to draw the attention of the administration to how the staff work in the institution. I noticed that a mountain of burgers has been cooked and they have been lying for a long time. I doubt that this should be the case. I have no desire to come here. This is not a CFS, it's more like some kind of fake. I wish to sort this out.

My grandson and I always visit KFC after the rink, quickly, conveniently, but most importantly, my 11-year-old grandson really likes it when he comes to the vending machine, makes his own food selection, pays by card himself, serves our table himself.

They work as if (it will work for Samarkand) . This applies to both taste and service personnel. I bought a balshoy basket and it feels like everything that was given away was frozen several times . It's like water is pouring out of the inside, everything is wet and not crispy.

Последние 3 месяца ужасно готовят. Не удели и тут будет тоже самое? КФС в любой точке мира вкусные, но наши и тут запорят. Из 7 крылышек 5 голени и 2кг крыльев дают, сухое при чем как будто месяц лажало мясо. Отстой одним словом

Я не знаю как описать! Был в час пик людей навалом все злые! Все у кого настал очередь заказа либо вспоминали фотографии в детство либо забыли зачем пришли сюда! А так еда вкусная! Острые крылышки топ можно заказать двойную порцию чтобы было на вечер что вспоминать перед сном 😂😂

Персонал вообще не обучен, не понимают в чем проблема и тупят. Постоянно путают заказы, когда забираешь заказ - будь уверен или тебе что-то не положили или положили что-то не то.
