We didn't like it. There's one thing in the picture (beautiful, juicy), but they brought it ..., the size was completely different, there was a crumpled bun, a wreck, it's not clear what in the interior. Cocktails were ordered and the sodas were delicious, that's all. We were not satisfied. I liked the staff. A polite, smiling woman from the checkout came over and helped us place an order.

The work and attentiveness of the staff are 1 star, an order was placed for coupons 5555 and 5556. As a result, upon arrival home, there was a shortage of 4 portions of nuggets + sauce. It's a pity we didn't check the order on the spot, but this is not the buyer's responsibility. The quality of the work was disappointing! We called the KFS directly at Lenin St., 2 (6 times) - we did not receive an answer. The desire to drive up and ask for a book of complaints!

We entered the KFS on September 15, 2024 at about 19 o'clock with a child. We placed an order at the entrance, the terminal did not issue a receipt, and the receipt issuance has not been working for a very long time. There are few people, it was barely possible to choose a place because of the dirt! The tables are dirty, the sofas are dirty, and the dust on the sofas around the edges has clearly been lying since the opening. They wiped the place with wet wipes for a few minutes to sit down. The toilet is terrible, the sanitation is complete! To know about this condition of the hall, they would not order at all, although there are no questions about food, but the impression is spoiled, it's scary to imagine what's in the kitchen.
