We visited here today and it seems that we have finally decided not to go to fast food anymore. It's easier to pay 20-30 rubles extra and go to a restaurant and eat a normal meal. Donat was as if he had been sat on. And the coffee should have been 0.2 ml., but in fact there is one foam and there are 2 large sips of strength, the taste is simply disgusting. The staff is always tired, and it's written on their faces how tired they are of everything. And almost every customer comes up with some kind of problem.

You can endlessly delete bad reviews, the institution will not get better from this. The first thing that struck me was that it was open from 8.00, but the kitchen starts working from 9.00, so I'm sorry - we can only offer tea. Why is that? how's that? Sanitation is a separate sore point, finding a clean table or a clean chair is a problem. The dishes themselves... let's just say they taste better in other restaurants of the same chain. So apart from the large hall, I don't see any advantages.

We entered the KFS on September 15, 2024 at about 19 o'clock with a child. We placed an order at the entrance, the terminal did not issue a receipt, and the receipt issuance has not been working for a very long time.
There are few people, it was barely possible to choose a place because of the dirt! The tables are dirty, the sofas are dirty, and the dust on the sofas around the edges has clearly been lying since the opening. They wiped the place with wet wipes for a few minutes to sit down.
The toilet is terrible, the sanitation is complete! To know about this condition of the hall, they would not order at all, although there are no questions about food, but the impression is spoiled, it's scary to imagine what's in the kitchen.

You have to either wipe yourself or cause inconvenience (judging by the expression on your face) to the employee. The management should clearly pay attention to the feedback from visitors and take some measures.

A friend canceled her order after 45 minutes due to a long wait, she was refunded, apologized and given ice cream in a cone as a gift. I didn't cancel my order, and I received it exactly an hour later! When issuing the order, the employee did not even apologize for waiting so long. An unpleasant aftertaste remained after the visit. I do not recommend it!
