It's a good place. We were in Semey for the first time and after reading the reviews we were afraid to visit, but our love for wings and legs overcame us. In terms of cleanliness: it is quite clean, people litter and do not clean up after themselves. The toilet is fine. As it seemed, there is not enough staff, but the girls cope with everything quickly. The food tastes the same as in Moscow, Novosibirsk or Barnaul. Terrible service (waiting about an hour) and dirty indoors. I made an order, but they gave me something completely different, or rather they didn't even give me one. I ordered 3 combos, but they gave me 2 burgers, because the kitchen employee beat me off (what she was doing on the issue is not clear, she also wore the same gloves that counted the money and pressed the screen to cook), when asked by the manager to help add to the order or make the right one, she just left, trying to avoid unnecessary conversations. Honestly, I would not wish anyone to visit this institution, on the contrary, I will dissuade. If you decide to go out to try it at least once, only if you like to look like an idiot. But I don't recommend it, by the way, there is a more interesting Sushi Burger in a cafe nearby, I advise you to try it as a variety.
