I had to spend an hour, a whole hour waiting for two cheeseburgers and potatoes on 10/23/2024. The staff are such sleepy flies that you want to come to their kitchen and collect your order yourself.
Cold potatoes, which other people refused (!!!), are put on a common pallet along with fresh potatoes and thrown into the next order (just fumes). There were so few chickens in the long-awaited cheeseburgers that they would have laughed in besieged Leningrad. The cook, instead of rushing, was laughing with someone from the staff and everyone was dancing to some dubious music. The complaint book, filled with 3/4 of the negative reviews, is already just lying in the most prominent place on the order issuance table. By the end of this humiliatingly long wait, I had simply accepted the situation and started dancing with them. Will I come again? Unlikely. Will there be any decision from the administration? Time will show. A lot of negative reviews, no changes. That's what the lack of competition in the city does to the service. If you are still reading, do not spoil your mood, do not waste time on this circus, go to the shawarma shop opposite megatop, not advertising, just friendly advice.

Today 03.01.25 came with the children. The order was waited for 40 minutes. There's a crazy woman at the checkout, and a guy in dirty clothes is picking up orders, throwing orders around and not naming them. The scoreboard with the same orders does not display them. The food is cold, the rolls are broken, and when asked to replace the order, they say it's normal. The baises did not report. They took the combo, it was cold, when they warmed up, the guy just threw it on the issue table. Very terrible service

This is not the first time we want to visit this institution. If you order on the spot, there are no questions, but if the takeaway is terrible. It's not the first time they put almost empty burgers.
Today, an order was placed for 12 wings (11 were placed), French fries that are not there at all, and half-empty burgers, sprites that were not given even when they were given, and I had to go back to ask.
It's better not to trust them and check them right away!
