There's a crazy woman at the checkout, and a guy in dirty clothes is picking up orders, throwing orders around and not naming them. The scoreboard with the same orders does not display them. I had to spend an hour, a whole hour waiting for two cheeseburgers and potatoes on 10/23/2024. The staff are such sleepy flies that you want to come to their kitchen and collect your order yourself. Cold potatoes, which other people refused (!!!), are put on a common pallet along with fresh potatoes and thrown into the next order (just fumes). There were so few chickens in the long-awaited cheeseburgers that they would have laughed in besieged Leningrad. The cook, instead of rushing, was laughing with someone from the staff and everyone was dancing to some dubious music. The complaint book, filled with 3/4 of the negative reviews, is already just lying in the most prominent place on the order issuance table. By the end of this humiliatingly long wait, I had simply accepted the situation and started dancing with them. Will I come again? Unlikely. Will there be any decision from the administration? Time will show. A lot of negative reviews, no changes. That's what the lack of competition in the city does to the service. If you are still reading, do not spoil your mood, do not waste time on this circus, go to the shawarma shop opposite megatop, not advertising, just friendly advice.
