I had to spend an hour, a whole hour waiting for two cheeseburgers and potatoes on 10/23/2024. The staff are such sleepy flies that you want to come to their kitchen and collect your order yourself.
Cold potatoes, which other people refused (!!!), are put on a common pallet along with fresh potatoes and thrown into the next order (just fumes). There were so few chickens in the long-awaited cheeseburgers that they would have laughed in besieged Leningrad. The cook, instead of rushing, was laughing with someone from the staff and everyone was dancing to some dubious music. The complaint book, filled with 3/4 of the negative reviews, is already just lying in the most prominent place on the order issuance table. By the end of this humiliatingly long wait, I had simply accepted the situation and started dancing with them. Will I come again? Unlikely. Will there be any decision from the administration? Time will show. A lot of negative reviews, no changes. That's what the lack of competition in the city does to the service. If you are still reading, do not spoil your mood, do not waste time on this circus, go to the shawarma shop opposite megatop, not advertising, just friendly advice.

You wait for two rolls and three rings for more than an hour!!!
A single collector stands looking at empty packages and pokes at the screen, switches the order pages when 50 people are waiting in the hall.
The rest of the staff are walking around the hall, giggling in the kitchen, instead of helping each other, trash.
The service is disgusting.

Yeah, number 1.
Number two: waiting time. The order was made small, the waiting time was 15 minutes. Okay, we're waiting. As a result, we sat for more than 30 minutes watching the cook go out for a smoke.
The terminal was not working. The card did not pass. Who is to blame? Of course, the white bank. Apparently, the sanctions are inside the country on the territory of KFC.
In general, this is not the first time the shoals have been behind this point of this restaurant. Measures, apparently, are not being taken. Therefore, unfortunately, we will continue to receive average garbage service (and sometimes food) for our own money.

the staff is friendly and helpful:)
the hall is very clean, there are few people on weekdays.
the food is served delicious and hot, cooked and cooked quite quickly, everything is as it should be!

К сожалению одни минусы.Ждать долго это не первый раз. Спросила есть ли лук в бургере сказали нет,хотя был лук.Выяснять не ходила выняла лук и съела. В туалете постоянно грязно и нет бумаги туалетной не первый раз.(замечания
делала).Плитка возле умывальников тёмная и очень видно разводы.Либо кладите плитку такую что не видно что грязная и с разводили,либо приучить хорошо вымывать.

Еда как во всех KFC, время ожидания максимально большое, сделав заказ на драйве ожидали 20 минут, так ещё и заказ приняли не верно. Вообще не советую посещать это место самый медленный ресторан.

По кухне все в порядке тут, все устраивает. Именно по этому адресу KFC бываю не часто, не очень удобные места для посетителей, такое чувство что сделали так, чтобы максимально долго не засиживались.
