There is confusion and vacillation in Colonel Sanders' army.
Friday evening is rush hour for establishments, but not for KFC in the West shopping center. I decided to pay for the order at the checkout, the cashier saw that I was coming with a check, but at the same time he calmly went about his business for probably 7 minutes.
The order was going to take a long time, although I did not order anything so unusual. During assembly, it turned out that there were no sharp wings, and I had to involuntarily agree to another product that I did not need. Promotional product 1+1=3 was calculated as 1+1+1 =3!
It's bad, very bad, at such moments it feels good that the client is not important at all.

I didn't like KFC. Of the advantages, only one is that the order was quickly given. I wanted to buy the sauce separately, because what went to the order, it was not enough. I sent the child, they can't explain at the checkout that it can't be bought separately, so there's no need to drive the child. The chicken that was in the order smelled good, even the spices didn't help her anymore. And there were practically no people in the institution, which is not surprising, with such an attitude. I wasn't a frequent guest, I think I won't be there for a long time.

I ordered a burger with extra cucumber (there was no cucumber in the description) and the burger is the same. The order was given:The burgers are cold. I brought it back, they said we don't heat it (this time). The burger without cucumber came out with a CUCUMBER too (that's two)!!! They took the tray, napkins, they didn't really warm it up (that's three)!!! In short, we ruined all the impressions of a delicious snack!!! The service staff is not talking properly!!! Честно не люблю это заведение. Все жареное, все в сухарях ничего нормального из еды нет. В других заведениях на подобии этого. Есть что то без этого. Поэтому из Бургер Кинга, вкусно и точка, KFC самый плохой Я даже запах не могу переносить когда захожу в KFC

Некачественное обслуживание. Во первых, в бургеры просто кидают куски мяса и при открытии сам бургер разваливается. Во вторых, не зависимо от того какой большой заказ кладут жалкие 2е салфетки (ребят вам салфеток жалко?). В третьих, мороженое в Минске наливают полный стаканчик с горой, тут же даже на половину не наполняют и считают что цена в 4.5р вполне уместна. Не рекомендую.

Для любителей такой еды всё быстро и удобно. Как для меня,то там вкусное мороженое. Все остальное из меню не ем)) Но мои очень близкие родственнички)) частенько там бывают)) Обслуживание быстрое, вежливый и приятный персонал. Была один раз с их стороны погрешность, не доложили моим мальчикам картофель-фри в наборы на вынос. Обслуживала девушка,видимо недавно работает,извинилась и доложила. Чисто, аккуратно. Вовремя убирают и протирают столы. Любителям быстрой и вкусной еды и просто попить кофе или покушать вкусненького мороженого - советую посетить это заведение. Часто бывают акции (на месте попросите купоны или загляните на сайт KFC )

Ну ресторанчик супер по нескольким причинам 1.Он стоит напротив нашей квартиры 2.Очень приятное заведение ходила бы каждый день туда и 3.Мы собираемся туда всей нашей семёй и мы можем поговорить так что заведение улёт

Здравствуйте! Как большой фанат КФС оставлю свой отзыв. В данном ресторане быстрого питания мне всё очень нравится. Время ожидания минимальное, при этом еда всегда свежая, горячая.

Заказала два ай твистера, взяла с собой, принесла домой открыла пакет
Красная упаковка уже вызвала подозрения, но я не особо Обратила внимание на это. Внутри был лаваш с начинкой лонгера. Это ужасно. То недоложат чего-то, то перепутают. Народу было не много. Ужас!!! Перепроверяйте содержимое упаковок прежде чем уйти. Спасибо повару за вечер проведённы на унитазе. "Прекрасный вечер".
