I love KFC, especially their crispy chicken. I ordered a basket today - everything is fresh, hot and delicious. The service is fast, the staff is polite. The only thing is that I would like the sauces to be sharper. But overall I was satisfied, I will order more.

Terrible service, the order is displayed as ready on the scoreboard, but after another 40 minutes they waited, and it wasn't even rush hour and there weren't many people, very slow, confused employees, some kind of rude woman at the checkout, it's a total horror!

Today I went to a KFC restaurant to place an order, but I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. Two cashiers (young men) completely ignored me while I was trying to order food. Instead of doing their job, they just talked among themselves or with some acquaintances. This attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable! Expecting attention from the staff at a fast food restaurant is the minimum that should be provided. I hope the management will pay attention to this mess and take action. I don't want to come back here anymore!

I often order home delivery and, it should be noted, they cook and deliver quickly. If I order with my friends there, directly at KFC, then usually I can't get in line because of the long line of people who want to have a snack here, which does not really encourage me to come there more often, although sometimes the desire to eat fast food overcomes the reluctance to stand in line. Of course, establishments of a higher class than KFC have appeared in Atyrau, but it remains one of the most popular at the moment among the citizens and our guests. Enjoy your meal!!!

The stated waiting time was about an hour a couple of times. This is definitely not what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. During this time, I managed to get to the nearest cafe, order a freshly cooked burger, eat it and go home. Well, the taste of food in KFC definitely leaves much to be desired. There is nothing in common with the real KFC.

I rarely visit KFC, only for the sake of my grandchildren. At first, I liked their chickens and fries, but recently we came in - the quality leaves much to be desired, especially fries. And the service is not very good, I came across a boy who was tired and dissatisfied. I ruined the whole impression about you. We customers love it when they smile at us and help us with the choice!

Ох эта пища богов, как тут устоять. Хорошее просторное помещение, санузел в меру чистый. Бывают очереди. Персонал вежливый и приветливый. По времени готовки когда как, бывает быстро, бывает и до 30 минут ждать, но рядом есть огромный тц и супермаркет это очень облегчает время ожидания (заказать и пойти за покупками совместить приятное с полезным)

Время от времени качество еды разное. Касса расположена очень не удобно. Чтобы узнать готово ли еда всегда нужно подходить к кассе, что не очень удобно. Можно разместить по краям ресторана по телевизору чтобы видеть свои номер заказа.

Готовят вкусно как во всех KFC, но! Именно тут для того что бы заказать нужно отстоять в очереди минут 20. Народу много, но касса работает только одна... Справедливости ради - отмечу что пару раз видел работающих 2 кассы.... Также 1человек собирает заказы... Время ожидания ещё минут 10. Как то зашёл вечером, около 21:00 мне сказали что есть только соусы, картошка и острые крылышки, больше ничего нет... Я даже не сразу поверил что такое бывает... Открывается в 10:00, но сегодня в 10:30 мне сказали что ещё не работают, печки ещё не включили... Персонал неспешно подтягивался на работу... В России я бы обходил KFC стороной после таких косяков, но тут свинины нет, баранина и говядина на любителя, из мяса только курица ;) буду заходить снова и снова...

Хорошее заведение, но есть один минус. Там очередь больше чем людей на земле, однажды хотела купить что нибудь покушать, только зашла и там просто беспредельное количество людей! Да лучше заказать бургер кинг и подождать 20 минут, чем в кфс за час. Вообщем, нормальное заведение можно покушать но советую там кушать людям у которых есть время. И персонал у вас ужасный! Буквально злой, и недовольный свой работой.

Очень долгое обслуживание. Стоял в очереди на кассе 5 минут. И после этого 20 минут ждал свой заказ. Почему 20 минут? Ничего сложного не было. 2 бургера, картошка, соус и пепси. Все заказы отдавали за 5 мин. Мой делался 20 МИНУТ. На выдаче работал 1 продавец. Очень медленно все делал. Если ваша сеть фастфуд ставит себя как сеть быстрого питания, то она должна работать немного быстрее. Знаю много других ваших филиалов. И там работают намного быстрее

Удобное расположение, комфортный зал, очень вкусные куриные крылышки, долго ждать заказ не приходится, но здесь всегда есть посетители, поэтому у меня в среднем уходит 10-15 минут на получение заказа.

Что касается меню то тут особо претензий нет. Всё вкусно. Цены вполне приемлемые. Удручает лишь то что чтобы заказ сделать в такой очереди большой приходится стоять это просто кошмар. Зачем убрали аппарат через который можно было заказ делать и оплачивать картой. Верните аппарат на место.
