By the way, they have an eternal thirst for sauces. Ah! But the most important thing about delivery is that you don't know if they'll bring you something edible or if you'll throw it away! I can't say what depends on the team working on this shift, or on the day of the week, but I'll say this - the most normal delivery is FRIDAY, the rest of the days you can order and throw in the trash! Maybe on other days they save money and dilute the oil with something. IT SMELLS STRONGLY OF SOME KIND OF FAT! IS IT MUTTON OR SOMETHING ELSE, IN GENERAL, 50% to 50% here as luck would have it. I usually go to them and order some kind of small thing like nagini, if there is no such taste, I order a full large order. When I'm too lazy to order delivery and they always bring me from them, and I decide whether I'll throw the order in the trash or not. Now I buy less often in this particular branch, I try to borrow from another branch. If the delivery is delivered to me only from them, then when ordering, I decide whether I wasted the money or not.

The "real-time order tracking" page is just nonsense, the attached photo shows that there are no tracking functions, not when the order is ready, not where the courier is at all. A poorly designed application can still be survived, but my main complaint is different. For the promised thirty minutes, my order did not arrive and not an hour later, I contacted support, called the phone number indicated on the same tab below, a sweet girl asked me to call back, since the restaurant does not respond to messages, did not call back, because after 10 minutes a message came to the phone from Yandex go, that my order is ready for shipment, by that time it had already been more than an hour since the order was placed and accepted. Not waiting for the courier 15 minutes later, I called him personally to ask if everything was okay and if he was lost, to which he replied that the order had just been prepared, an hour and a half had passed since placing the order. After 10-15 minutes, I finally receive my order and of course I was not so happy with it. The food came cold, it wasn't cold, but it couldn't be called warm either.
