Surprisingly quick service, clean place and good location. One unoleasant thing that is not restaurant's fault, is that doe to renovations, entrance is only from fidokods side, if you go there from bara's side you have to circle around all the flowers and plants and seats, to get to the entrance.

I came for chicken and left with happiness. The wings were so crispy they probably have their own TikTok account. Staff was so nice I thought I accidentally walked into my grandma’s kitchen. 10/10 would sell my last fry for another Zinger burger.

There is a scoreboard that displays the numbers of completed orders. It's strange that the order is displayed ready on the board, but it hasn't been collected yet. The employee looks at the receipt and only then collects it. The order numbers on the board seem to be being used incorrectly by employees. And this is not the first time, there is always such a problem at this point. First, assemble the order, then mark it ready for delivery!

The first time we tried the KFC in Uzbekistan, here at this branch, I didn't like the chicken legs at all, they turned out to be too greasy, not crispy, there is no taste, no salt or spices, in general, I'm disappointed, but I note that the service is fast. The place is good, but there are few staff. I would say not enough. Due to the lack of staff, the staff does not have time for a large influx. I waited 25 minutes for the order, went to ask when it would be ready, it turned out that it was ready and I could pick it up. KFS is a terrible place to come to in Uzbekistan for two reasons, either because you don't have enough money and it's a cool Fast food or even a premium restaurant for you, or out of desperation and terrible hunger, you can fill your stomach with change in your pocket. In general, my experience there consists of 60% negative emotions, and so I relate to two types of people at once, which I described, so it's not bad. It's the most disgusting place I've ever been to, and I've never seen such an attitude towards visitors before. My boyfriend and I came here. We placed an order, paid, and everything seemed to be going well. But the order did not appear on the monitor for a suspiciously long time, well, okay, they probably thought it would appear later, but no. Nothing. We were hungry and waited 50+ minutes, we thought maybe there were a lot of orders or something. When my boyfriend went to check if everything was okay, they refused to give him an order, because the order was supposedly ready, we didn't pick it up ourselves, so the food allegedly got cold and they threw it away. There was no evidence that they had cooked food or anything else. But for some reason they also refused to give out what was "cold". They also refused to return the money. I am very disappointed, I have never seen such an attitude towards visitors in my life. I don't recommend this particular place, because I haven't been to any others yet.

One of the disadvantages is that the surrounding area is littered with KFC garbage- napkins that fly from tables, food bags, tubes. I understand that clients sometimes did this, but if this is a catering service, then I think we should take a cleaner / janitor to clean the surrounding area.
