I want to share my impressions of the KFC restaurant. This place always pleases with its quality and variety of dishes. Every time I order my favorite chicken wings and French fries, I am 100% satisfied!
Excellent service: the staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help with the selection. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and cozy, which makes it a great place to spend time with family or friends.
I also can't help but mention the speed at which orders are prepared. Even during rush hours, food is always ready quickly, and it's very convenient!
I recommend KFC to anyone who appreciates delicious food and excellent service. This place is definitely worth a visit!

And some other kind of wife. And for my daughter there are nuggets and burgers and pies and French fries. But alas. My daughter only liked the Potatoes. My wife said she wouldn't go to KFC anymore. It is in this establishment of the chain that you constantly have to wait a very long time, even when there are 3-5 orders on the scoreboard. even more interesting, the glass was dented in one of the coffees, because the lid was put on by the kitchen staff, I did not see that the glass was crumpled and when I drank the coffee, all the contents of the glass were safely poured onto my light jacket!!! The evening is ruined, the expensive thing is ruined!!! disgusting. the worst CFS I've ever been in. often, the delivery from this particular restaurant is always over-salted and overcooked. I don't visit this place on Uborevich (GREEN shopping center) often, but I visited it again on 03/07/2024, and when I visited it for the last time, I found a shortage of goods on arrival at home and had to return.
So on 03/07/2024, around 19.57 hours (check time), I decided to visit the institution, I thought that the last time was an accidental annoyance. I ordered two potatoes, two sauces, strips and two packages of two ham hams. The order came out at 38 rubles and kopecks. When I picked up the order, I checked its availability, and strangely, I found that there was no one package with two hams. The store employee immediately tried to convince me that everything was correct, but after checking the availability of the order and the receipt, he apologized and said that the legs would have to wait another 10-15 minutes. I agreed. After about 20 minutes, they gave me my order. I checked for all 4 hams and headed home with a clear conscience. When I arrived home, I found that 2 sauces were missing from the order. At the same time, initially, Before my order was taken away for revision, there were sauces, I checked personally.

The food is edible, the hall is clean. A minus star for the unhurried service - on September 1, in the afternoon, with a half-empty hall, I had to wait for my small order for about 20 minutes.
I'll add it. In my opinion, this particular place should already be renamed "slow food". On March 9, exactly the same situation happened again - a small order was expected for 25 minutes. The order of issuing orders is not clear to me - those who came later received orders earlier.
This was our third visit to this establishment. On our second visit, we were honestly warned that the order would take about 40 minutes to arrive. This situation is probably the norm for this institution.

The service is usually fast, the place is pleasant. There is a waiting area for orders, a sufficient number of tables. But the food, the essence of the fast food establishment itself, has become unbearable - the burgers are constantly dry, with over-dried fillets. Firstly, the kitchen is dirty, there is some garbage underfoot, a huge puddle of water near the stove, the staff is not very friendly and for the first time it was not delicious to me, before that in all KFC Minsk I had no complaints about the Boxmaster. I gave it 3 stars because I don't know how the other shift works, maybe everything is fine there. In the photo, the chicken pieces are fried to the state of a brick, you can break your teeth rather than bite it, and it is very saturated with fat that is not the first freshness.

It looks like this is the most backward KFC cafe I've ever been to. When ordering French fries, burgers, pie and coffee, the staff managed to lose the pie, which doubled the order in time, and when they found a new one, it turned out that the potatoes and hamburger were already cold. Coffee is not topped up with its 300 ml., one foam on top, and when I made a remark like that, they pretended that this was how it should be. Chicken is always not cooked, and therefore it turns out with blood. I wouldn't put one star on it.👎👎👎

It's a terrible place!!! We were visitors to this cafe yesterday!!! We ordered 2 baskets +1 sauce and basket kids!!! For all 32.08 kopecks. I gave the girl 35 rubles, she asked to see the change and I gave her 8 kopecks more!!! She printed out the check and just gave it to me without change!! How many times did I call her, she stood there and pretended not to hear me!!! It's good that another guy came up and gave me these 3 rubles!! Okay, let's leave this situation out!! This girl gave us the order!! First of all, I indicated the "original strips" and they put "sharp" fries in our order, they didn't report one, and they didn't give the puzzle to the child, and they also didn't give us a postcard!!! I've already stopped going to them to sort it out, because my nerves are more precious to me!! This is the first time I've seen such carelessness!!!! At the same time, they are standing and having fun in the establishment! And the fact that everything is lying on the tables and under the tables, dirt and bottles of alcohol, nobody cares!!! And by the way, while you're sitting and eating, homeless people with an unpleasant smell are already sitting and looking into your mouth so that you leave the place faster and leave them food!!! This is some kind of nightmare!!
I love this restaurant chain, but this one disappointed me. with the advent of this CFS, things are only getting worse!! There are no trays all the time (they're all lying around in the trash used), dirty floors, tables, and employees are as careless as possible. we stood in a queue of 3 people and waited for 20 minutes damn it. you come in a normal mood and leave disappointed. all the cfs that I was in addition to these qualities did not possess. I'm just perplexed, I came an hour before closing time and it was obvious that the staff were so lazy to make a new (normal) burger that they instead put a burnt cutlet in the burger and gave it to me, I couldn't even eat it! after the first bite, he flew into the trash.
I hope this horror will be disbanded or sold!!!

Over the past six months, a very bad opinion about this institution has gathered. First, I bought a boxmaster and there was a departure for the evening, but I thought it was because of him, after a couple of months I bought it again and again poisoning, in the end I was convinced that it was definitely not worth buying a boxmaster in this institution. Secondly, the potatoes are terrible!(cold, dry, salty). Third: burgers, like potatoes, are very dry and not tasty. Terrible service. If it were possible to put a minus 5, they would definitely deserve it! Every time there are shoals with the collection of orders, regardless of delivery or pickup.
The last straw was when we arrived there and took the order with us. The order consisted of 8 items. Not only did the guy who collected the order stuff it all into one bag, but they just didn't put the burger in. The most unpleasant thing is when you come home and discover that you haven't eaten what you ordered and paid for today. Be more attentive to the selection of personnel and your technical processes! Probably the most terrible CFS in the city.

Bottom. I stopped by this morning, a week or two ago, to buy some burgers instead of breakfast. I was in a bit of a hurry. The crowd was 0. However, the "cooking" took about 10 minutes for some reason. At the same time, the staff is kind of dissatisfied and lazy, as if I came to their house. The "cooking" ended with me getting completely cold burgers, which are essentially yesterday's ones. The complaint on the website with the time and receipt was ignored, so this was the last trip to this eatery. If there's time, I'll come visit again and leave my opinion in one wonderful book.

They opened a burger, and when they bit, they almost broke a tooth on the "yesterday's" chicken. She was like a log, all wrinkled and wooden. How can this be served to people. There are always few people in the restaurant, and the waiting time is like they have a backlog of orders.
Regarding the hygiene of employees, there are questions, go out to the hall to replace the receipt at the cash register, and then take up the order without washing your hands, well, that's for yourself.

There is no one at the checkout all the time. If you order with yourself, check on the spot. I ordered a lunch combo, so they mixed up the sauce and didn't put the strips on. In fact, I just bought potatoes with a burger, only more expensive than I could. I called the support, they gave the information to the institution and the result was 0. The support said that they would call me within a day. Two weeks have passed, no one has called... I don't advise anyone!!!

The answer was given that they keep them frozen, and the burgers are just warming up.
