And since when has it become normal to pour drinks into chicken glasses? What kind of bones can a drink contain? How did they know the volume of a cup that was not intended for drinks? Next, there were 3 orders, I ordered at 19.39, they gave it to me only after 12 minutes!!!! The next thing, the bun is just disgusting, I don't remember what it's called, in a 5 for 5 combo (not a twister), all crumpled, some kind of dry, obviously not the first freshness! Next, there was no receipt again, I had to take a picture, how long can I already?!?!?! A well-deserved one star. The staff didn't even try, I understand if they were in a hurry to make an order, but no)Oh, and also, there's dirt on almost all the tables. There are crumbs everywhere and the drink is spilled. When will this be monitored? I don't see that in Mac.

Unfortunately, I cannot praise this institution. Usually there were no problems, but today I wanted a wild berry milkshake. The order was prepared quickly, but instead of my favorite strawberry-chymose splendor, I got just a vanilla something.… After my request to rectify the situation, the kind employee(s) simply poured strawberry syrup into my glass (which they were apparently too lazy to change in time) and asked to mix. NATURALLY, even after 5 minutes of stirring, all the syrup remained at the bottom and I just drank something I didn't understand. In addition, the milkshake has melted during this time and turned from a creamy drink into a watery liquid.… The day is ruined.

The place is clean, which is the only plus so far. There is a toilet that never has queues. The main disadvantage is that there are three people working and they don't have time for anything. Who thought of such a thing?! This is just absurd, I feel very sorry for the employees, especially since the young guys are working. We made a small order for 15 minutes, just because the staff didn't have time for everything. The cashier stands behind the cash register and collects orders at the same time, it's just a no-brainer!

This CFS just saved me. I was with my son for about 8 hours in Minsk on Sunday. In two shopping centers (on both sides of the station) in the Food Court areas, there just don't seem to be sockets - apparently saving electricity. And here, as always, we urgently need to work on a laptop; we also need to charge phones and flashlights. And this KFS is just a storehouse of outlets, I already trembled inside as I saw it, after an hour of searching for outlets and wandering around the shopping center. Here, each bar stool and each table has an outlet. Just great! In general, we took care of the students. And I've had enough of this care. And the potatoes are also great - my son liked them. There was also a funny situation. Imagine - an elderly local drunk came in, staggering from side to side. He was muttering and trying to talk to everyone. He went to each table and looked at the faces. In the end, I settled on 2 young black men: a guy and a girl. And let's hug the guy, mumble something and drag the guy somewhere. And he was staggering at the same time, The guy screamed so much - probably in all languages and in broken Russian too, that the sirens would have been blocked. The drunken man retreated, cursing and muttering a little. In general, the local flavor, Belarusian hospitality, love for the guests of the capital, technological advancement met at this institution at the same time for 100%.

Question: why does this particular employee tell me, while others calmly do their job? The employee is wearing glasses and has a plump build. Because of these, there is no complete desire to go there at all. I really want something to be done about it, otherwise I really itch to write a complaint in the complaint book. 1-nowhere is it said about the kitchen and about not accepting an order before closing 30 minutes. Secondly , it is this employee who always does not allow you to place an order . It 's just awful . The desire disappears immediately .
