I sometimes order pick-up food for lunch here, and there's always some kind of problem. Sometimes they don't have any position, but the order has already been paid for, then there are no bags with handles and you have to carry the order in a regular bag, which breaks after a couple of steps, then they forget to put some position (potatoes, sauce, twister, straw). Today I ordered a New Year's basket, which includes 8 nuggets, 4 wings, 2 potatoes, 2 sauces and 2 drinks, and already at the workplace I discover that there are no nuggets at all! In support, the answer generally killed: "We're sorry about that."))) The kurpons also don't work all the time when everything is fine in other restaurants. Then why put them up at all? Well, or indicate in the application that they are not active in this restaurant. Well, if you find fault, the order is always prepared 15-20 minutes earlier than the specified time, and when you arrive at the specified time, it is already cold and less tasty, especially for potatoes.

On 01/06/2025 we visited this restaurant in the evening. It was amazing that the trash containers were piled high. And visitors even left their trash just on the tables closer to the containers. All the tables are covered in crumbs. No one wipes them, it's good that they had wet wipes with them. I give one star for a delicious burger, the second for a more or less clean toilet. But these mountains of garbage ruined the impression of the restaurant. And it's not just this establishment that has problems with cleaning and cleanliness. The toilets are so dirty. Inside, the floors, tables, chairs and sofas are dirty, as if they had never been washed at all. We ordered two singer deluxe burgers and found a small piece of chicken inside, 4 times smaller than a bun in size, all dry. French fries basket feels like it's been waiting for us for a week, the potatoes are dried and cold, solid salt. Two milkshakes were also ordered and they are filled from the outside, it looks so-so. Now, before packing the order, I ask you to check it yourself, but this is not always possible. We live nearby and visit regularly. There is no change all the time, when asked about the exchange fund, they just blink their eyes in response. There was another case when there was a guy at the checkout who didn't know Russian well. He said that there was no change and pretended that he did not understand what was being said to him. Management does not monitor the quality of service and compliance with standards. I won't even write about dirt and full bins. Updated on 16.01 Representatives of the restaurant have contacted, the situation has been resolved. I'm changing the rating to 4 stars.
