Everything was always fine, but recently we decided to remember a familiar taste and went to an auto order, waited for the operator for 5 minutes, as we were told to wait, and then after making an order we waited for about 2 minutes. BUT!
Ordered a combo "Longer"
Sauce 0, 2 pickles, chicken and that's it.
That's fine, but most of all we didn't like the fact that it was wrapped in paper that covers the tray!!! That struck me the most.
Honestly disappointed... it used to be much better.

The security guard yelled at us and the company and said that we were obliged to clean the tray because the cleaner was ill and she was not there, we were sitting eating in the company and this security guard came up to us and silently took the tray on which the food remained and when we said leave the tray, she tells us that there are no more trays, there is nowhere to put food down and so she came not only to us, she also takes seats in the hall and does not allow anyone to sit on them when all the tables are occupied. BUT THE WORST NIGHTMARE IS WHEN SHE CAME TO OUR TABLE AND TOLD US TO PICK UP THE POTATOES THAT ACCIDENTALLY FELL ON THE FLOOR, WE DIDN'T DO IT, SHE COMES UP AND THROWS THESE DIRTY POTATOES FROM THE FLOOR ON MY TRAY!
