For some reason, the institution does not issue checks from payment terminals, there is an extra floor in the order pickup area, a queue of 6-8 people is served by 2 employees, and naturally everything moves very slowly. The payment terminals are buggy, they didn't give me a receipt, and the neighboring terminal gave me an error when paying for the order. The mother left with the crying boy. It shouldn't be like this!!!
