The service in this establishment has ruined the impression of the entire restaurant chain. As a former KFC employee, I can forgive some of the shortcomings, but not what I saw there. The French fries had been lying for so long that they became hard, cold and tasteless, the chicken left much to be desired, and the cheese was not melted in the cheese toast. It is also worth noting that the chickenburger was assembled carelessly, given that it was far from rush hour (half an hour before closing time). Bel Food Service, please take care of the quality of service in your restaurants.
