The service of this point has been going nowhere lower for 2 years.
I had 10 orders for the whole time (and because you work in a shopping center, there are few better ones) to which there were no complaints, but otherwise: 1. Under-laying of goods, they constantly forget positions of any format.
2. Smoke breaks, inappropriate hubbub during the steam, which gives the impression that you paid for the performance of clowns and not a portion of today's lunch for yourself.
You just stand there and watch as your order is collected by hammering a nail through indifference.
3. Extreme nonsense: falling potatoes, which subsequently goes to order
4. The toilet is always not cleaned, and it just stinks
5. The trash cans are clogged
Soon the place will turn into a garbage can. It feels like that.
I've been silent all this time, but it's no longer possible.
Please either sort out your staff or hire a new one. This is not a place where you can be so negligent

The receipt got stuck in the scoreboard, I tried to get it for a whole minute. There are two people working in the kitchen. One girl wraps burgers, and the other guy ENDLESSLY packs and weighs potatoes. Of course, they are not going to help each other. But who pissed off more than others is the girl who collects orders. She walks around with a dissatisfied face and counts crows, there are 21 ORDERS on the scoreboard, and she does anything but packaging. I was completely disappointed, I came here during a short break, and I didn't want to leave without food. If I had known that it would be like this, I would have passed by! It's a pity that you can't put -5 stars.

It comes to the most interesting thing - beer. It 's summer outside and there 's thirst . I decided I was going to have a delicious beer. And the beer turned out to be SOUR ! I drank almost half of it in one gulp and I started to feel sick .
We went to the cashier , the staff immediately took it for inspection . And he poured from each glass (6) and went away to taste . As it turned out , 2 out of 6 are sour . No one refilled the glasses where they poured .

I was lucky to be here on a weekday. I'll start from the beginning, I came here and ordered an order through the self-service checkout and began to wait. The first thing that confused me was that there were only two people in the whole kitchen. They took orders and did something there, so the fact that the unfortunate order in the form of a drink, French fries and a chickenburger had to wait 20 minutes was not surprising. It was surprising that the people who came for me and ordered orders from others received it earlier. About 10 minutes later, a guy came and took the same as me and he got the order faster, um, how??? After that, I stood and waited for another five minutes.
Moving on, I received an order and thought to sit down, 1/3 is occupied, the other 1/3 is not cleaned and s*c* on leftovers of food, garbage, etc., and the last 1/3 is booked, there were gray armor tokens, but no one sat on them, no one cleaned them, but it was apparently impossible to sit at them, in as a result, I had to leave.
And my favorite thing is the order itself. I took the standard potatoes, they gave me a small one, but so little that I thought she poured into the bag, but no, she did not get enough sleep. There really wasn't enough of it, I always took the standard one, and then some kind of mini-standard came out. A chickenburger is generally just a fairy tale, for the whole chickenburger there is one maaaaaaaaa little nuggets, the size, as if they gave you a quail egg instead of a chicken egg. There are no questions about the drink with syrup, it was delicious and normal.
Summing up, I concluded, unfortunately, that there is no longer a foot here and I would not advise any of my friends for anything, it is more expensive for money, and portions like a cat cried, and even a joint on the jamb in the form of an untidy hall when there are few visitors. В данном заведении встретила нас кричащая во все горло администратор, вызывая кого-то из зоны кухни. Не работал ни один киоск самообслуживания и пришлось заказывать на кассе, где заказ принимали невозможно долго. Забираем заказ и понимаем, что нам не положили трубочки и соус. Казалось бы: человеческий фактор, но после того как мы увидели какой напиток нам подали…глаза полезли на лоб. Заказана была кола, но в стакане была водичка. Помимо всех,выше перечисленных, неприятных моментов кушали бы под разборки и крики других недовольных посетителей и администратора. Туалеты ужасно грязные и запах отвратительный. Судя по всему там не убирают от слова совсем. Данное заведение для меня в черном списке.

1. Долго ожидали заказ. Вместо того, чтобы заниматься своей работой, сотрудники хохочут между собой. Но на замечание отреагировали и ускорились.
2. Бургеры отвратительные, мясное наполнение меньше в 2 раза площади булочки. Бургер жутко пересолен, такое ощущение, что мясо пересолено преднамеренно, чтобы скрыть несвежесть.
3. Порции фри - это вообще отдельный разговор. Полагаю, что пакетик должен наполняться полностью? Или только на треть или на половину?
4. На чек более 52 рублей, на 4 человек, дали только 4 салфетки.
5. Мусорные контейнеры переполнены. Никто не убирает.
6. Столы грязные, никто не убирает, остатки пищи под столами, никто не убирает.
7. Туалет - это отдельный момент - такое ощущение, что это туалет не в современном заведении общепита, а вокзальный бесплатный туалет из 90-х.
Больше в это заведение ни ногой.

В последнее время чикенбургер стал не такой сочный и вкусный как раньше, помидор режут кусочками (раньше было целым ломтиком), иногда тёплый падают. Картофель фри - мало посоленны. Ожидание заказа очень долгое. Лимонад в летнее время хорошо спасает но очень много льда и воды, некоторые вкусы очень сладкий. Помещение большое, можно где сесть.

1) не вкусная еда:в чизбурбургере кетчупа больше, чем курицы и он холодный, картошка фри тоже холодная и резиновая 2) грязь в зале: жирные заляпанные диваны, на полу валяются куриные кости. Пробыла минут 40,никто не подошёл убрать 3) состояние женской уборной - это просто мрак: 2 кабинки уделаны испражнениями, повсеместно валяются использованные салфетки; двери, держатель для бумаги, стены - грязное просто все и отвратительно воняет. Очень хотелось бы, чтобы сие заведение навестила санстанция, ибо это просто кошмар.

24.04.2023 решили семьёй перекусить в КФС, и зря... 1. Булочки от бургеров холодные, работники переделали заказ 2. Курочка пересоленая. 3. Мусорные контейнеры переполнены, никто не следит за ними. 4. В женской уборной просто .... у жены слов не было. 5. За час времени, что мы там провели, никто ниразу не протирал столы, все в остатках еды. В итоге настроение выходного дня на полный 0. Была бы возможность ставить звёзды в минус, поставил бы.
P.s. А слова Сандерса о сочной курочке, в данном заведении, враньё. Хоть это и фастфуд, но едят его люди, а не сви.....я

Акции хорошо, но заблаговременное приготовление продукции для них убивает качество отчасти( Заказы бывает делают не корректно/ Наличие бургеров с куриной грудкой большой плюс. Касса/зона ожидания часто забита

Готовят вкусно, расположение удобное, в центре города, ждать слишком долго не приходится, но места не всегда есть свободные, особенно во время обеда, поэтому советую не рассчитывать на то что получится там же и поесть, либо быть готовым ждать пока места появятся
