This branch is worst in Armenia also staff also rude, always chatting each other, I am a delivery driver I had to wait long time for every single order in KFC like one hour waiting Not only me many delivery drivers faced this problem like rudeness and wait long time for order. There no one to listen problem Manager also useless Staff worst On top of that We don't have support from Yandex to share the problem, There is no contact number or call center to solve anything with yandex.

The quality is a disaster. For such an overprice, bringing a breast that has been dried to the condition of the sole is the level of a roadside eatery, not a chain that calls itself KFC. It's hard to imagine what level of incompetence is needed to ruin such a simple dish. It feels like there are people working in the kitchen who are seeing chicken for the first time. It doesn't cost any money or attention. Only the KFC logo is here — everything else is closer to a parody. If you want a proper meal, support the locals, at least they have a conscience and taste.

I've been trying them for Free for many years, and to be honest, it's been a long time since it's been this delicious – a refreshing, perfectly balanced taste that's really pumped! It can be seen that the quality has improved, and this is pleasantly surprising. The atmosphere is also great – there was just a great playlist playing in the hall today! The worst service. I work as a courier, I stopped by several times and it was fine. But for a month now, I can order it mixed up or wait an hour and a half for it to be assembled. My friends and I decided to stop by somehow. Their groceries are constantly falling on the floor. We waited 40 minutes for them to serve us. There were 5 people. Friendly staff. It's a very wonderful load on the restaurant - it can be free during rush hours, and at other times everything is busy. The restaurant is adjacent to Pizza Hut (in the same building). They cook decently and quickly. If there are a lot of orders for couriers, then you will have to wait. Unfortunately, self-service kiosks do not always work, and the menu at the checkout is only in Armenian, so if you do not know the names of the dishes, you will need to talk/ ask the cashier about them.

KFC employees don't give a damn about customers who order delivery. I constantly face the same problem: I order a spicy breading, but they bring a classic one. At the same time, the classic breading is somehow different here, which is why I have a wild allergy to it. I just write every time "make a spicy breading! Allergy to classical music" in 2 languages, but no one cares. As usual, they put classic breadcrumbs in my burger. And here you can argue that in glovo it is written what the burger consists of and yes, it is. That's why I always order the one that says "classic or hot spicy". In general, a fat minus to all employees for carelessness.
