Sometimes they trick and spoil the impression of the order (they accidentally confuse and do not report the food, sometimes they trick on purpose and give out the wrong thing). It often happened with missing sauces, spicy burgers when the usual ones were ordered. Sometimes there is a commotion in the kitchen, but no one is on the counter, and the food can stay on the heating rack for 10-15 minutes (in this situation, I expected my unfortunate cheeseburger). In general, it's like this, often the food is overcooked and the meat looks like it takes another 5 minutes to finish cooking and it turns black, of course it doesn't bring pleasure, for the sake of truth, it doesn't happen often, but it's far from a one-time accident.
He pulls out the third star on snot, only because of a pre-existing discount promotion for regular customers, which was eventually canceled, unfortunately, leaving the card as a souvenir;(

6 p.m., we stopped in front of the cinema.. there are 2.5 people in the establishment, the conversation of the staff with the guests is "let go": nod silently at the QR code, they say, either in the application or at the kiosk, order by coupons.. those who came after us received the same "warm welcome". It's only 6 p.m., but there are no ingredients and ordering some items is not available. But we find out this after the fact, when we went to the kiosk, and unsuccessfully tried to figure out why it didn't work, and then only pulled the information from the employees... I have not seen such a failed service in the KFS yet

The situation with a takeaway order has been repeated more than once: not the entire order is packed. The first time I was in a hurry, I didn't check - it turned out at home that there was no cheeseburger. Today, the situation repeated itself, but as soon as I laid out the whole package and started checking the items, the young man immediately brought me the missing cheeseburger, although I had not yet managed to tell what exactly was missing. So be careful.
