Cold burgers with a drop of sauce on one side (the worst of all in the city), etc. I understand that the staff is young and most likely inexperienced, because they opened recently. There is a solid negative from the institution on Dzerzhinsky Avenue, 94. I went there on time for lunch, I was hungry, because after 15 minutes of waiting it turned out that my order had not yet been prepared! And this despite the fact that there were few visitors, and all orders were fulfilled before and after me! They just forgot about my order))) The staff at this institution is simply disgusting, slow to the point of outrage, not experienced, they don't know how to work, it was obvious right away! Lunch was over, I didn't wait for the order, I left angry and hungry! Even one star is a pity for you!!!

When ordering, the cashier will emphasize that "you need to wait for the order to be prepared, it will be a long time" The question arises, is this a hint that I would not order, but immediately leave this institution? I was there once. We took the original strips - they said that only the sharp ones remained (they came 30 minutes before closing). Okay, it's not scary. They refused them at all, but literally a minute later the staff said that they would still cook the original ones, but they had to wait 8 minutes. They waited, took the order with them - at home they found that the strips were still sharp. Otherwise, everything is the same as in all other KFC.
