The problem is that they throw all their efforts into servicing delivery orders, forgetting that they have real people sitting in the hall. It turns out that the average waiting time in the queue in the hall is from 20-25 minutes. Sometimes I think it's faster and easier to order food from the KFS through delivery than to go to an institution. But I'm surprised. We even know how to make a fast food restaurant slow.

The food is delicious, the service is average, one cash register is constantly in operation, the rest are apparently busy with other things. Always check your order, then the fries will be forgotten, then the sauce, then the napkins. It was that they put the wings because the nuggets were over... I don't mind, but I have to be aware of this, right? Overall, it's a great place, clean, tasty and fast, but you have to be on your guard;)
