The worst cooking quality of all KFC restaurants. The cooked burgers completely do not match the description, for example, the Original Chef Tower ordered by me should be cooked with the original fillet, however, two strips were put instead of the fillet.
There are tomatoes in the description, there were none in the burger. The so-called iceberg lettuce is a stalk from Peking cabbage that adds a pecan crunch to the burger.
Breaded strips, dark in color, it is clear that they do not replace the oil.

I highly do not recommend this institution to visit.

The food is delicious, the service is average, one cash register is constantly in operation, the rest are apparently busy with other things. Always check your order, then the fries will be forgotten, then the sauce, then the napkins. It was that they put the wings because the nuggets were over... I don't mind, but I have to be aware of this, right? Overall, it's a great place, clean, tasty and fast, but you have to be on your guard;)

Is it worth coming here again? This question matured in my mind at the moment when I stood in line for more than 30 minutes and not for the first time. While I was standing in line, I didn't want to eat, And the workers also work without gloves. Even if they were on one of them, they were already torn and dirty. Обычный KFC как и везде. Наверное с присущей Уральску спецификой: Прям очень не быстро! Совсем не быстро! Бывал дважды. Стандартный заказ при практически пустом зале - 20-25 минут ожидания. В первую очередь обслуживают курьеров. Кофе прям очень неплохой. Бывал тут дважды.

Еда хорошая, я нечего не имею против.
Но я пас такое есть, Если кушать такое каждый день то через несколько месяцев будут много проблемы с ЖКТ, ожирением и другими симптомами🤤.
Поставил 5/5 звёзд только за то что еда хорошие, я пору раз кушал.
А что касается здоровья то не рекомендую!

Из более 20-ти точек kfs в разных городах где я был, эта наихудшая :(
Персонал несобранный,грубый, задержка по выдаче больше чем на 15-20 минут в сравнении с аналогичными пунктами kfs, в здании посторонний неприятный запах ( это был конец марта и возможно у них был какой-то форс мажор),но впечатление от этого не изменилось... Брал шеф бургер и твистер и ещё что-то , очень разочарован.... При мне три клиента недождались и просили вернуть деньги,но им отказали и принудили дождаться и забрать с собой заказ. Из уважения к фирме ставлю три бала. Филиалу поставил бы минус 5.

Нельзя выбрать напиток, кола разбавленная. Часто вся еда сухая. картошка холодная. Постоянно чего то нет в меню, часто не работают терминалы заказа.
Сильно отстает от Российского КФС

Честно сказать не очень нравится именно это заведение. Не часто в нем бываю, но постоянно чего то нет, то булок (чтоб сделать бургеры), то лаваша (твистеры/боксамастеры), в итоге берёшь что есть в наличии. Видимо из за нехватки сырья возникают проблемы с приложением Chocofood
В целом к качеству нет претензий (хотя жене однажды резинка канцелярская попалась в бокс мастере). Можно оплатить картой, есть терминал для самостоятельного заказа, свободные места не всегда бывают, а так же есть рядом парковка. Персонал вежлив, в зале убрано.
