The cashier is crazy, we ordered a chicken burger and a cheeseburger. They only made a cheeseburger and said that we allegedly did not order a chicken burger, although we called it clearly and loudly first and the cashier seemed to drive it in!!!!! Horror. They also warned me that the waiting time is 20 minutes!!!!!! We haven't placed a proper order yet, and I'm not going to wait that long. A terrible point.

On weekends or in the evenings, you can wait 20-30 minutes for an order (the record is 44 minutes on a Saturday evening) 2. Paid positions are often not reported. Yesterday I placed an order for ~ 65 rubles, the wait took about 18 minutes (tolerable plus or minus), but they did not put two twister deluxe (I took the 5050 coupon 2 times and there should have been 4 pieces in the order, but I saw only 2 at home) Yes, my mistake is that I did not check the packages on site, so I do not require any compensation. The order included a box with 7 strips. Upon arrival home, they found a box with some nonsense, namely 2 strips, 3 nuggets, one leg and 2 wings. It feels like they just shoveled the leftovers from the tables into a box! In my opinion, there is not even a box in the menu that could be attributed to a mistake.
