I also want to write a review for those who complain that something was not reported to them, when they say your order is not ready, it does not mean that it is ready, you need to wait for them to report a tube, a spoon, or something else for small things, there can be no spoiled food, they have checks, + the expiration date is written, perhaps they we overexposed the product while cooking, because there are not always a lot of people on shift. The restaurant is wonderful, atmospheric, I've been going there for more than 2-3 years. I've never noticed anything like this, they handle large orders with a bang.

My daughter and I stopped by after the water park to have a quick snack and hit the road home. The order was collected quickly, BUT there was no cheeseburger in the bags at all, so I had to go and ask where it had gone. I ordered on the spot, but they gave me the order in bags and said they had a problem with the trays.And the cherry on the cake was a double cheeseburger. They usually scrape off leftovers that cost a whole day! It is unlikely that these potatoes stood for only 5-10 minutes, as by the way, according to the standard! She's already been through the whole day, and to naturally add the right grams, another shriveled French fries were added to the potatoes in a rustic way, thank you. Still, you need to come during the inspections, wait 30 minutes and get a fresh product. Not this. It's better to give the order to the courier later, but normal food, not this. Thanks, to the trash! We wish that the checks come to you more often!

From the very beginning, it was felt that the staff was absolutely not interested in customers. The cashier (an elderly woman with blonde hair) was talking through her teeth. When I politely asked to check the availability of the coupon at the restaurant, I received an annoyed look and screams in response. But the most unpleasant part started later. I had no idea that you can't order the sauce item separately in a restaurant when I decided to find out about it. Instead of help and explanations, there was outright rudeness and unwillingness to help. The feeling that in this KFC, customers are an extra headache for the staff, and not the people who bring profit to the institution.
