Why 4/5 - I'll explain now.
Positive:
1. They cook quite tasty
2. There are always surprisingly places and quite comfortable, with sofas
3. On average, with a packed hall, an order is prepared in 30 minutes, I think it's not super long considering that there are about 20 orders in execution.
4. Burgers do not break apart as in the same McDonald's.
Minuses:
1. Sometimes they don't add to your order, you have to come up and ask.
2. Potatoes feel like they're just warmed up in the microwave.

I ordered a milkshake. After 10 minutes of waiting, the employee said that they could not cook and would replace it with another drink. I said that I was not satisfied with this and asked for a refund. One star just for getting the money back quickly. After that, I ordered a cocktail at BURGER KING, which was made for me in two minutes. Please respect the customers and their time!. Therefore, I do not advise you to stay here!!!

I have never seen such terrible places like this before, it's just that I do not know what to call it, people work there without experience of such unprofessional work, I have not seen it easier to go up to the 3rd floor in the same KFC and at least be safe
