We visited this place today and were disappointed. French fries are too salty to eat. We ordered 3 chickenburgers and there was practically no meat in 2/3 of them. In one chickenburger, the strips were normal size, and in two they were twice as small. In addition, secondly, the strips themselves consisted entirely of breadcrumbs and there were practically no pieces of chicken. The difference is visible in the photo (in the photo on the left, the strips have already been bitten off by the child, but even so it is clear that they are much larger than the strips from the chicken burger on the right side).

The potatoes look like they were from yesterday, the cola is diluted with carbonated water (and it's not water with concentrate as it usually should be), it tastes like strongly carbonated water with a little cola added for color. But the sauce with nuggets is delicious.

As a result, we received three chopsticks cold only after an hour, while we constantly approached the delivery counter asking why there was such a delay. We waited more than 30 minutes for the order itself, which also included these cheese sticks, although the restaurant's workload was minimal at that moment. Another time, when we received an order, we saw the most disgusting packaging. The potatoes were placed sideways in the bag, after which they were all scattered across the bottom of the bag, most often all the boxes are crumpled and stained, you don't even want to pick them up, let alone open them and eat from them. Very often, an order is already given cold, and no one responds to requests to warm it up. Today we decided to give this restaurant one last chance and again we were completely disappointed. The order consisted of 5 items and was the only one in the queue. As a result, we waited for him for 20 minutes, and only after I approached the staff and said that the wait was already too long, they began to collect and pack something. At the same time, when you approach any of the employees, they will definitely look at you with a disgusting look, as if you are going to steal something from them. All employees move around the kitchen extremely slowly, ignoring the visitors as much as possible. The card payment machine did not work at all, orders that were placed later than ours were ready within 5 minutes, and we received ours almost 30 minutes later. In the order itself, everything was turned over in the package again, the order was already cold and not tasty, the potatoes were too salty, and the longers were twisted as if they had been thrown into the air a couple of times. In general, once again, I am completely disappointed with this institution. This point of the KFS ranks first among all the worst fast food restaurants. Coming there and leaving every time with the feeling that you also owe something, after you receive your cold, disgustingly packaged order in an hour, it definitely deserves all these terrible reviews and low ratings.
