I was at the institution on 12.09. The waiting time for an absolutely standard small order was 25 minutes. The room was very dirty, all the tables were sticky with soda and there was trash, there were cut tins left by visitors. I made an order "on the spot", but they gave it out in a package. I had to ask for a tray and immediately made a remark that I needed a tray because the tables were very dirty. There was no reaction to my comment, and while I was eating, no one came out to see the situation and wipe the tables.

The staff are not polite, they discuss some of their own topics among themselves, they walk like dead flies. I was standing at the checkout and waiting to pay for the order - the employee just walked by, not paying attention, until I told him. Of course, no one cleaned the hall. When one of the visitors said that he had been waiting for an order for 30 minutes, he was told that some people here were waiting for an hour. I remind you, kfc is a fast food restaurant, not a Michelin restaurant.

The first time, they simply didn't put in half of the order, so I had to contact the administrator, but I didn't hear any apologies in response. Only half of the drink was poured into the cup, apparently, or someone was very thirsty from the staff. The second time I ordered delivery: the wings tasted rotten, again the same problem with the drink. There were two identical burgers in the order, but one had sauce and the other didn't. Definitely one star, I don't advise anyone to spend their money here.

At that time, my expectation was around 30 minutes. - the information kiosks turned off at 22.20 - they usually turn off by 23 o'clock, which was confirmed by the employee's words "aren't the kiosks already working?" -part of my order was assembled in 15 minutes, by the end of the wait (45 minutes) the potatoes and meat were cold. - the potatoes were asked to be replaced, the meat was still more or less, after waiting for the potatoes to be replaced, they were not available, they were waiting for deep-frying. The potatoes that were asked to be replaced were placed neatly near the common container - they will probably be added and mixed for further sale. - all the employees noticed were without gloves, while using phones and other things. - when asking the senior about the length of the wait, there was an answer with a hint about the normality of such waiting at the end of the working day. I hope the reviews somehow influence the work of the institution. Otherwise, the trend of observing this place is depressing.

I went to this KFC for a milkshake, which I often buy at other locations in the chain. I paid at the kiosk, the receipt didn't come out, but the order number was reflected, fine. I got not a milkshake of the usual consistency, but a liquid mess with frozen fragments. After looking at this, I asked the girl on the issue to change the milkshake, because the product is of poor quality. After a short wait, I received exactly the same mess from a disgruntled cashier. Is it the fault of the equipment or the maintenance? This is not my first time in this KFC. Therefore, there is simply no desire to come here, today it has only strengthened.

Fast food....from the word FAST... we waited for a bucket of wings for 30 minutes, taking into account that there was no queue at all. The girls are like sleepy flies, barely moving, not in a hurry to do their job at all. + they work without gloves. The appearance of the wings was terrible, and when I touched them, they were cold I asked to redo it for fresh ones, I was warned about waiting 10-15 minutes I took the wings, the package is hot, so I didn't check it on the spot. I open the package at home and realize that they just warmed up the old, not fresh wings, which have already absorbed a lot of oil, have 0 breading and are dry. What I want to say about this place ... we arrived at night after the concert, because we really wanted to eat, and there are not so many night establishments. We arrived in a good mood, we communicated politely with the staff. We ordered a takeaway. However, they did not give it to us to take away, but just on a tray. We asked the girl to take it with us, as we ordered with us, which was indicated in their application. As a result, the girl gave us a package so that we could put everything together ourselves and looked at us with such a dissatisfied face for about three minutes, as if we had burned down her house. However, thanks to the chefs - the food was very tasty, but the mood was killed.

Dirty places, where you can earn cholera from dirt. Finding at least a partially clean table is a big problem 3. They cook hard! The cocktails were just made by people who got mad, they said it was the norm! Are you making it from fermented koumiss? Burgers can be cold, but buns are wadded up. It's like they were made at least a day ago. 4. Today, 2 times I came across a situation where no one is cooking anything. The cash register is empty, the kitchen is empty! Do you smoke there in single file? It's not a matter of waiting 5 minutes for the order to be prepared and another 5 minutes to ask for the tray! In front of me, some guy with a bag in his hands and a winter jacket came into the kitchen and was looking for the staff. And what do you think? I didn't find anyone.

The best place, all the beautiful girls work, who are very polite, sweet, smiling. There have never been any problems with orders, they always give them back quickly. Once during the long wait, they offered coffee, a pie, etc. In other establishments, they don't even apologize. I consider these to be the best establishments.

Unfortunately, in recent years there has been a tendency to give priority to orders for delivery, coming to a restaurant with 3 orders in turn, you can skip 7-10 orders in advance, since they are for delivery. That is, instead of waiting 5 minutes as before, waiting for an order of 20 is the "norm". Well, if it's about this KFC place, we shoved 3 glasses today, without a stand and a German PC you want :)

We live nearby, we've been going there since the opening. Over the past year, the institution has slipped beyond recognition!! No matter how we go, it is constantly very dirty, the trash cans are overflowing, a very long wait for an order, wait 30 minutes for an order for 2 twisters, 1 potato with 2 sauces with a small number of orders...this is the top speed of this establishment. The employees in the kitchen move like sleepy flies, but they find time and energy for casual conversations. Before that, they took a coupon for rustic potatoes and fries with sauce, called "expectation and reality" (photo attached). The potatoes were bitter, wet, the sauce also tasted bitter, but in general it seemed that this was an ordinary spoiled mayonnaise, there was nothing to say about the number of potatoes, as if someone had already eaten. Then they took the same position at another KFS restaurant, there were no questions about the portion size, and the taste was excellent. The most terrible place in the whole of Minsk! It's sad that this mess has been going on for so long, and no measures have been taken. We would like to close this point as soon as possible!!!

The order was small (burger, potatoes and sauce), but the waiting time for such an order is more than 20 minutes. The employees issued orders after me earlier. After I received the long-awaited order, it turned out that the burger was completely cold, even the cheese did not melt, there was very little filling, I just had to eat a dry bun.

I don't know what the point of this place is here. The screens where you can order food yourself (without a cashier) do not work. Half of the products are out of stock, although I was at this place on a weekday. The rice in the teriyaki bowl is sticky and dry, the chicken is overcooked and a ton of batter, two stars only for the amount of sauce (added flavor to the dish). Party basket is the same. Dry chicken and tasteless potatoes.
