The place has gone horribly wrong. The food is tasteless- dry, bland; there is a scanty amount of sauce even in expensive burgers. The potatoes are sluggish and cold, sometimes under-salted, and sometimes over-salted) The service is fast, but it would be better to focus on quality. I love your strips and legs. I often prefer this KFC to the most expensive restaurants in Vitebsk, not because of the price, but because of the divine chicken. This restaurant actually makes the most delicious chicken of all the other KFS in the country that I've been to. I pray to God that it will always be like this, so that the chicken from this restaurant remains as tender and desirable! 12/25/24 we went to take out food. The order really wasn't long in coming. We didn't have time to go to the order delivery table, as the young man shoved a bag of products without making sure if he was giving the right order. Because there were a lot of people, I quickly looked into the package and seemed to be satisfied with everything. When we arrived home (we don't live in Vitebsk) it turned out that there were not enough French fries (we ordered a large portion + 2 sauces). There were sauces, but NO potatoes. It's also our fault that they didn't check at the checkout. But it's just a shame that this happens on New Year's holidays (and on any ordinary day). It's unpleasant, there's a residue left, I think we won't visit this place anymore!

Once they gave me a leaky glass of tea. Quickly changed - great. BUT! The most terrible thing is the contingent of visitors. Sometimes it's dangerous to be there. Extremely inadequate. With young children, I do not recommend visiting this place at all, I am very afraid for them. Put at least one guard there. The staff does not respond to the wild behavior of some specimens.

We have been to the establishments together with my son a couple of times, there are no questions about the speed of submission, but there is a very negative experience with the quality and presentation, it doesn't even look like it matches the picture on the boards with the choice, well, at least in volume I want to see what I originally ordered, but there is no deception even here (I'll write it down below) in the meantime, it's very important that the chicken fillet is semi-raw and the French fries are not crispy, although I ordered and immediately sat down to eat there. But this is just the tip of the iceberg, as it turned out, after I placed an order through Yandex delivery, I was convinced of the disgust of everything that was done. Now, in order: the two burgers in the combo don't even come close to what they ordered, the fillets are so small that I had to open the bun in one and see if there was any meat at all, I don't want to talk about the basket with potatoes at all because four small pieces of chicken were stupidly covered with French fries and had to be poured into a bowl to find. The box master wrapped not lavash but in a cross between a poorly rolled flatbread and a stale tartilla that was not even baked before wrapping, but stupidly wrapped in an envelope like a grandmother stuffing pancakes. In short, if you want to spoil your evening and actually spend money on water diluted in glasses with gas, you can repeat the experience. It's a pity I didn't take a photo of the food, because I threw it in the trash on emotion, there was at least a package with a receipt left to prove it. And in general, I think you can make sure without any problems by making a delivery and making sure yourself. I am amazed at those who like such a low level of service and give a positive review.
