We ordered 3 burgers today, unfortunately their name is not written on them, but it turned out to be clearly not what it should have been, even according to the description of the ingredients, there should also have been 3 sauces in the order, which were not there. On November 17th, we were with our family at the Trinity food court, we needed a wet wipe, no one had it, for free, for money, no one just! Just yesterday, June 4, my 11-year-old son and I were at Trinity. I personally ordered my son a cheeseburger, French fries, cola and sauce on the 3rd floor. I told the child to wait for the order to be ready and pick it up. She left, and my son tells me later that he was given only a burger and French fries out of four paid meals! Due to his age, the child was too shy to approach them... I didn't even think that this could happen at Trinity. This is a big disadvantage. Don't go there anymore! If it were possible to set 0, I would.

KFS on the 3rd floor is a food court. It's a weekday, and there aren't many people, so we waited more than 10 minutes for an order. The burgers are dry, there is practically no sauce, there is little chicken (it should have been spicy) Two identical burgers looked different, and mine was stuffed with chicken instead of the whole one, which was apparently left in the kitchen. The potatoes are overcooked. The order board is not working.

As a delivery courier, I can say this The restaurant is about nothing at all, a complete 0 (compared to other restaurants of this chain in Grodno). Orders are given to couriers for a long time. Couriers were generally ignored. I made an order once (personally), the order feels like it wasn't warmed up at all, it feels like they don't know such a word as WARM UP. So not only did they give it practically cold, but there were also leftovers that were almost expired. It's scary to imagine how many people have eaten dishes made from non-fresh food. I FELT SICK afterwards. Compared to the CFS on the 3rd floor, at least they heat it adequately. In general, I can say that this is the most terrible CFS in the city (1st floor) 🤮🤮

we ordered two basket duets according to coupons: one is original, one is spicy. they gave out two sharp (absolutely identical) baskets, and when asked to change to the original, they randomly pointed a finger at one of the baskets and assured that it was original. spicy and original are normally so different even in appearance, the breading on the original chicken is darker - the same two were absolutely identical. we decided not to distract or swear, as a result, the chicken turned out to be spoiled, we heard the smell at the end of the meal. food poisoning is guaranteed. the staff feels like they've been on shift for about a day, tired and angry.
