Previously, when the KFS was opened in our city, everything was just wonderful. The quality of the food and the level of service were pleasing. However, the situation has now deteriorated significantly. It seems that random employees have been recruited, and this has a noticeable effect on the quality of the service. As for the food itself, they used to add all the necessary ingredients to burgers, and the chicken was very crispy and delicious. Now the burgers look empty, there are fewer ingredients, and the quality of the chicken leaves much to be desired, it has become soft, does not crunch, and tastes inferior to before. The serving size of potatoes has also changed, previously a sufficient portion was included in the package, but now they are giving just a couple of potatoes, which is clearly not enough. In addition, the cola has become diluted with water and has a bitter taste. I am very disappointed with this state of affairs and hope that the management will pay attention to these problems and try to restore the previous level of quality.

The cafe consists of two zones - the first and second floors. You can place an order and pay only on the ground floor or online. If you enter KFC from the second floor, there is no information about where the ticket office is located. There are no screens for self-ordering and payment, at least on the second floor. The bathroom is electronically locked. Moreover, if the order was for takeout, then the code for access to the bathroom will be missing. The French fries were served cold, the potatoes unsalted. Everything else from the food was warm and delicious. In general, they are normal. I expected better, though.

During several visits, I managed to draw conclusions, so let's go through the points. 1. Food. The food is like everywhere else, but the French fries turned out to be too salty so that I couldn't eat it, as a result, it flew into the trash. As for the prices, I will not say that it is expensive, but considering that this is a small city, not Minsk, where the prices are exactly the same ... 3 stars out of 5. 2. The staff. Politely, everything is standard. On my first visit, a very friendly girl worked, when I left, she asked if I was satisfied and offered to come back. That's why I came. :) 5 stars out of 5. 3. The hall. I saw people complaining about dirt in the reviews, but I personally didn't find it when I was here. The tables are clean, the trash cans are not overflowing, so there are no cups and other waste lying around. And by Halloween, the employees worked hard on a beautiful themed design. 5 stars out of 5. Finally, I would like to add one more thing. When I ordered ice cream in a cup, which is supposed to be eaten with a spoon, there were no spoons in your establishment. Question: and then how is it. The money was just wasted. Unpleasant.
